These guys don’t rush through the job. They take their time and make sure that all the boxes are checked. I would highly recommend Air Serve for AC maintenance and repair.

My A/C went out just after 5 pm . I called the answering service and they had a technician( Harley) call me back within 10 minutes. He was at my house 30 minutes later and my A/C was working one hour later . Great young man came out and was so polite cleaned everything up wore booties every time he came in my home . I could not have had a better experience . Great company .
So I own a small HVAC company in Denham Springs Louisiana also. However, I have a few customers in the Lafayette area also. I had been tied up with so much of my own work that I wasn’t able to get to my customer in Lafayette. After hearing others talk so highly about Air Serve, I called them to take care of my customer. I’m so much more than impressed! Their service tech was there the same day and diagnosed the heater problem. However, the parts had to be ordered. When the parts came in, they contacted me and got my customer up and running. Saved my behind!!! Their price was less than I expected and the service was awesome!!! I will definitely recommend them to anyone in the future!!!
Brian and his team are very responsive and great to do business with. If there is an issue Brian addresses it immediately.
This is the 2nd time that AirServ has been to our home. Both times have been in response to a service request through our home warranty company. Both visits were handled very professionally. The latest visit (5-4-2021) was to conduct a service call through our home warranty company and because were were signing up for a routine service contract, whereby AirServe would visit 2 x per year to conduct routine maintenance. The service technician (AL) was great, very polite very thorough. I would highly recommend the service

I’ve used Aire Serv of Lafayette twice. Both times they came out with in 24 hours. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and vey knowledgeable. They listen to your issues and do exactly what you ask them to. I don’t think I’ll be using any other company from here on out.

Arrived when they said they would . I dont have a comparison to other companies cause it was my first time ever having an ac problem. Punctuality goes a long with me so 5 stars for that alone.

Aire Serve just installed a new system for me. The job was quick and painless, they arrived on time and were finished in just a few hours. Nice clean work, very pleased.
High praise to Kenly for solving a problem. He found a leak that was in a spot not where you would normally look. And on top of that, he informed the insurance that I should not be charged for the second refill of freon to which they agreed! Further, he came out at a dangerous time with the virus going around. He is a hero!
You respond fast, perform quickly, keep things clean, and are polite all the way through. What's not to like?

They arrived on time and even a little early, I was very impressed with Ladon as he was very polite and paid attention to cleaning up after the job... by hand picking small insulation debris off our carpet. He could have ignored this non preventable problem but took the time to make it right. He cared and that is rare today.
