Needed a quick repair Aire serve answered the phone on the second ring scheduled me for and appointment, a very knowledgeable tech met me the next day quoted and scheduled the repair for the next day Service was great and the price was very reasonable I would recommend this company to anyone

I called Aire Serv when my thermostat was not functioning properly. They were quick to make the service call. I live about 20 minutes out of town and they didn't hesitate to make the trip. I was happy with their estimate and how quickly they were able to get a new one installed. Highly recommend this company.
With the recent cold weather snap in Tri-Cities, my old system was not keeping up with the below freezing temps. Being a single mom, I dread issues like this. Most HVAC companies could not get to my unit for several days. I contacted Air-Serve and they were able to get me on their books within hours! I was pleased with their professionalism and their caring attitude to get my unit operating more efficiently. I could not have been happier with the outcome. They have a customer for life and I will always recommend Air-Serve.
I am Clay in Kennewick. We needed a/c service during the hottest days of summer. We took a shot and called Aire Serv to look at our problem. Dean showed up the day we called and evaluated the system. The heat pump was over 30 years old and needed to be updated. Aire Serv did an amazing job. Within 4 days the new equipment was completely installed, tested, and working perfectly. Dean and Ryan did top quality work with amazing craftsmanship. They kept their word on everything. We can't recommend Aire Serv and particularly Dean and Ryan any more highly.
Our HVAC system decided to go down at a most inconvenient time for the family.
