I recently had to purchase a new unit. Giovanni took care of the final part of the installation as well as the final check up. His level of knowledge and professionalism are commendable. Not only that, but he also cares about the client and makes sure the job is done to total satisfaction. He will go the extra mile every time to provide a five star service.

After a power surge called for an inspection to make sure nothing was damaged. Everything checked out okay. No Charge.
AWESOME response time. Late in the evening, A/C stopped working. Left a message they returned call within 5 minutes. Repair man was here in less than an hour. The problem was fixed and recommendations - with pictures.
