Our technician, Parker Hallmark, was fantastic. He was extremely nice and personable. Parker took the time to explain everything that he would be doing when he arrived. During the work, Parker would take pictures and explain to us what he was seeing, any concerns that he had, and offered different potential solutions. He was very thorough, eager for our questions, and completely professional. I hope Parker is our technician every time!
I really appreciate Kathy and her communication keeping me informed of when the part would be in & going ahead and scheduling the service the following morning. Kyle is always so efficient, explains things so well so I know what to expect, and goes the extra mile to help. Couldn’t ask for better.

Amazing company! After calling a few other companies when I had no cool air last week in this heat, I was blown away at the customer service that Aire Serv provided me! Cathy answered the phone and was very professional and courteous! She got me scheduled the same day! David came out, took his time, diagnosed my issue and had my system up and running in 2 hours! Parker Hallmark (our technician) is very competent, confident and conscientious. A few problems were discovered, and immediately necessary repairs were made efficiently. We are considering some improvements for the future. Very pleased with the service we received.
