I can't believe they finished the job so fast. The technicians were very professional and personable. They were honest upfront about the price and explained in detail what was wrong with my A/C.
My A/C went out on 06-10-2023 in the middle of this heat wave and I had a hard time finding available techs to come and work on it. When I called Aire Serv they responded quickly and professionally. James came in and did a thorough going over and identified that I needed a fan motor that would have to be ordered from a company down in the southern part of Houston. The next day he went into Houston got the part came back installed it and I was up and working, Given the heat at the time he went above the call of duty my attic was registering 135 degress. I would gladly recommend he and his company to anyone needing service .
James was very professional in getting my system back up and running better than it was before. He made the whole process painless for me and informed me of all possible options. Will definitely be using again in the future.

Bowen was an awesome technician. He called to let me know he was on his way; he was on time; professional and friendly. He showed me pictures of what he was seeing and explained things in terms I could understand. He was thorough and didn't rush through the process, which I appreciated. This is my second year with Aire Serve of Huntsville, TX, and I have been very happy with their customer service.
Great service at a reasonable price! We called Aire Serv to clean our dryer vent duct. The tech, Bowen, was very polite and respectful. Work was completely efficiently and we were shown before and after photos and videos to see the difference. We also got email updates throughout our service experience. Would definitely recommend to friends and neighbors!

James and his team are the most professional, honest, group of people I have ever received A/C service. The service plan makes it easy to budget in maintenance of equipment and saves on cost of repairs. They check on my equipment twice a year. Before it gets hot in the summer and again before it gets cold in the winter! Never experienced a untimely breakdown since being on the maintenance plan!
