This company does an amazing job. Showed up on time and gave a highly competitive proposal for a replacement furnace. Jose, Blake, and Ryan are all pros and their customer service was excellent. Friendly, fast, efficient service. Can't recommend Aire Serve highly enough!

I've never written a public review before. Aire Serv forced me to. I called about AC maintenance. I called at 6PM, asked when the soonest they could come out is, expected a month, a week, who knows these days. Was told "we can send someone tonight, let me call dispatch to set up time". 730 - no word, called again, said they would reach out to dispatch and I should expect a call 840 - no work, called again, said they would reach out to dispatch, I should expect a call shortly. 945, called and asked when earliest in AM I could call. told 8AM. 8AM next day - called, explained situation, told they would reach out to dispatch and I should expect a call shortly. It's now 230PM. Nothing. No word. If you can't perform the service, then TELL ME. Stop yanking my chain over and over and over and over.. Gutless liars.

Horrible service and zero commitment. Initially last year I need to change my heater, trusted these guys. Now long term service I do not get anything. They failed to schedule maintenance appointment. Everytime last minute cancellation that technician has "flu". I am sorry for the technician, who is getting the blame. Looks like this company has issue. I am very stupid to trust these guys.

UPDATE: what a journey this has been. Today, 4/26/19 we are finally getting the replacement furnace installed. The installer David and team, has been great and Robert has been extremely awesome over this last 4 months (he spent many weekends at our home) Sadie in the office has been very helpful with calls and texts about the replacement install the last week or so. All I still ask of the manager John is (that would have made this process a lot less painful and easier on all of us) PLEASE keep your promise about communication. If you say you are going to call each week, call. Even if there is no update. I just needed to know we hadn’t been forgotten about. I do appreciate the replacement being installed, the professionalism of the installers and that we have a resolution. I am not against giving this company another shot and neither should you. I wouldn’t even give them one star but I had no choice. Had a Lennox I-comfort installed 10/2017. Paid close to $7200.00 when all was said and done. Have had nothing but issues. We were blaming Lennox, thinking it was a bad unit, but after today I believe it is the installers 100%. We are waiting for a replacement (per the manager, John) and in order for Lennox to replace it, the company has to try EVERY “band-aid” fix and have it fail. Tonight put the cherry on the cake for us. A second “pipe” was installed a couple weeks ago to help with air flow. This pipe meant a hole was drilled through our roof (no permission given for that) and through the garage ceiling to the furnace. April showers came, the pipe in the attic broke, rain is leaking through the hole in our roof AND through our garage ceiling. I have had it with trying to get this damn furnace replaced. They don’t only owe us a replacement furnace but now a new roof. The manager says he will call weekly and update us but hasn’t called me back in over a month and a half (after multiple calls asking him to) and then he talked to my husband on 3/26 and told him he would

Although very busy Aireserv kept me updated on my service arrival time. Jamie was very clean and courteous, he diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly and explained what neeeded fixing and why. I appreciated the extra effort.

I will never call them again and my best advise to you is to do so if you don't want to waste time and money. I call them last Saturday because my furnace was down and according to me they really try to scam me. The guy told me that the circuit bord 726 dollars + gaz control vanne 537 dollars + blower motor with capacitor 507 dollars must be replaced. That's a 1770 dollars estimate. He told me you know that's half price of a new one (on verbal 2912 dollars), so I should consider to replace my 7 years old furnace. I paid 89 dollars this diagnostic. I can prouve it because everything is written. This morning an another company came, an honest one, the guy found out that a wire was broken (I still have it). He repaired it and my furnace is perfectly running now. It cost me 99 dollars for the diagnostic and 86 dollars to fixe the problem, so 185 dollars, instead of (1770+89) 1859 dollars by this company. That's why I tell that this company is unscrupulous and I don't think that's just incompetence. Shame on you.

Aire Serv was very accommodating with my schedule. I called to see about them taking a look at my AC unit that wasn't woking and Dean was out the next day. I felt he explained everything to me, why it wasn't working and what my options were if I wanted to replace it. The next day he had Enrique and Nate installing a new unit. They were both very polite. They were also very understanding when coming into the house about my dogs barking, didn't seem to phase them. Good experience all around. Thank you!

Our experience with Air Serb was great! Dean came out and gave us a great explanation of what we needed. Then the installers Ryan and Robert were quick and efficient putting in our new air conditioning unit the very next day! They were helpful and generous with their time as they had to figure some wiring issues with our old house. Nice guys!!! Would highly recommend!

Tell all your friends about these folks - I know I will. My heat went out when it was like 20 degrees outside and they came out within a few hours and had it working in thirty minutes. Yes, they had to order parts to be done later, but they did what was needed to make sure we had heat that same day - and a Saturday, no less. Highly recommend them.

Wham Bam Thank You Scam!!! Wouldn't put even one star if I had a choice!!! I was told we needed a new furnace and well of coarse we didn't. Furnace was simply popping a code. Two and half hours late, looked at our furnace for five minutes, employee was so horrible!! Literally rude because I wasn't believing we need a "new furnace " thing. BEWARE read more reviews!!!
