Second time I used them . They came same day . Good people . Very satisfied.
Aire Serv came through! We were concerned when we continued to hear the same noise that a previous AC repairer said he fixed. AireServ came out diagnosed the problem, and worked with us when the Home Warranty denied the claim (discovered there were several EXCLUSIONS in the contract)!! Thanks so much!!! We will certainly spread the word on the NextDoor Neighborhood App.
My AC was blowing warm air. I reached out and they were able to have someone out the next morning. The technician arrived and immediately knew what the problem was by the sound of the outside unit. He explained everything in detail and resolved the issue in no time at all!
Our home's 2nd floor AC unit went out and we were having a terrible time with our home warranty company. Very responsive, took the time to educate, came out after hours just to help expedite diagnosis & provided professional documentation at every turn as needed. I will continue to use Aire Serv of Grand Prairie for all my HVAC needs in the future - and highly recommend their company!
Amazing company, tech came last friday, diagnosed problem(needed new outside unit and coil), ordered my unit and was here 6 days later for install. They had already done furnace unit after Feb. ice storm. Jose is amazing and very straightforward. Highly recommended
