Terence at AireServ was wonderful! He quoted me for new systems (2 story house, so we need 2) because ours were old and failing. He found a variety of poorly constructed ductwork from when the house was built and he fixed it all while only charging me a small portion of the materials he required to fix it. Our systems are running beautifully and my house is cooler and less humid than it ever has been. Highly recommend!!
Mr. Terrance and his company was very helpful in every way shape and form. He went above and beyond his duties to ensure my family had a good quality air condition. He is easy to talk to and knowledgeable about his work. He is a very honest and trustworthy person. He doesn’t try to push any type of air condition brand on you. He tells you the truth about the different kinds of brand of air conditioners. He takes his time and educates you on all types of air conditions and leaves the decision making up to you. Terence is my “go to” guy for all my HVAC work. First got him when I needed repair work. He found the best repair solution without breaking the budget. He is professional, dependable, responsive and informative. I just got a new system at another house recently and he handled the whole thing smoothly. Even coordinated getting me all the warranty docs. I highly recommend Terence and Air-Serv. Very pleased and will definitely use them again.
Mr. Trotter with Aire Serv of Gramercy has been taking care of my rental units for years... With the weather in South Louisiana the units take a beating but he has always been there to keep them on track!
