Called them for an emergency repair. House was 91 degrees. Called a 9pm on a Saturday. Came next morning. Fixed in an hour. Will only call these guys! Showed me the part being replaced and what happened. Very honest and upright.
be careful using this company. I have paid for the same furnace repair twice and the furnace still doesn't work. They now want to charge me another service call to come and do another diagnosis. The company has no clue what they are doing. Be aware of them taking your money!!!!
Explained that I needed someone out ASAP. Having three kids in a house is important to keep a cool climate. I called a couple of different companies they said they would be here from 11-1. However I did mention that whoever got to the house first would get the job and said to the receptionist I had already called others. A company arrived 30 minutes before them in which I cancelled aire serv. The tech then told me “ that’s not how business works and that I’m immature “. One can not be immature for making sure his family is completely comfortable I WILL NOT RECOMMENDED NOR USE THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. CLEAN O AIR took care of me and did great.
We called Aire Serv at 5:30pm after receiving a quote from another company that we didn't trust. Eric came out that night and was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable on the ACTUAL issue that we had with our downstairs AC unit shutting off. He properly diagnosed the problem and had the AC back up and running within 30 minutes, unlike the previous company that spent 2 hours at my house and said we needed to spend $4K+ to get a new furnace and left the furnace in "pieces" when they left (unbeknownst to us). He educated us on the issues and made recommendations on what maintenance was needed down the road to keep everything running properly. Aire Serv will definitely be getting our business for all future needs!

I normally don't write reviews, but this company deserves it! I called and asked for a clogged A/C drain line to be blown out and a inspection of my home A/C system. The woman Dee on the phone was helpful and great! Chad showed up perfectly on time and was very knowledgeable and professional , he did a very complete inspection of my system and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need as another company tried to do. The protection plan was the way to go for me as its a great deal. Chad even laughed at my not so funny jokes. lol I could not recommend this company enough, very happy people , very good prices, all around perfect!
We love Aire Serv Ft. Bend! We have a chill water system in our condo in Downtown Houston with 2 air handler units. The older of the 2 units just stopped working, and we were so worried that we'd have an outrageous bill to get it working again. Chad came out and was able to figure out the problem quickly. He showed us all the components he would need to work on explaining exactly what the system was doing. He gave us a price, (we were relieved!!) and got to work. We are signing up with their annual plan on both our systems, especially because of the older unit. We want to max out the life on it! If you are in a residential condo and have a chill water system (with air handlers) these are your guys! The office team is great and scheduling is easy. I was so happy that they had a same-day appointment in the middle of the summer. Thanks, Y'all!!!
I called Aire Serv of Fort Bend & in less than 30 mins a technician named Jorge called and arrived, he identified the issue & took care of it promptly. I was told that if I had an issue with my new unit they would send someone ASAP & they have proven to me that Aire Serv stands by their word and warranty.
Charge $200 for 6 in pice of rubber and 2 clamps.

I purchased a new HVAC system from Aire Serv of Fort Bend during January and they installed it the next day. The install looks great. Things went smoothly and I felt I was treated honestly when I was told they needed to return to add a little more Freon because the bottle of Freon they had didn't contain enough to completely charge the system. I can only imagine from horror stories I've seen online for reviews of AC brands that there are many bad installations. I think I got lucky selecting Aire Serv to do my job. Time will only tell but for the winter pricing I paid and what seems to be a good installation I would recommend Aire Serve.

Mr. Marlo was extremely helpful in determining what I needed in my home. He gave me step by step information on what the process was going to include and the benefits of replacing certain equipment versus the possible outcome of keeping some of the old equipment. Both he and his crew were respectful of both me and my home. They laid tarps to protect my carpet and cleaned and cleared the area of any trash or debris after the job was completed.
