I am beyond impressed with this company. My father's A/C unit was out. I asked for a service call last night, and they sent someone today. Scott Aten is not only knowledgeable and thorough but compassionate. He took extensive time assessing any possible issues and explaining all options for repair or replacement. He was immensely helpful in evaluating all possible costs and considerations involved in making our decision to repair or replace the unit. This company and Scott himself proved they believe in care for their customers. He even charged my father's unit unexpectedly at no charge so my dad wasn't sitting in a 93 degree house until it's fixed. Scott went above and beyond with honesty, integrity, and quality service. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and Scott Aten specifically both now and in the future.

I am a property manager in Siloam Springs, Air Serve took care of some of my tenants. Dalton and Ivan, came out and were very professional and even helped to make my tenants feel at ease. They were able to explain the process of what they were doing as they did it, and just to assure my tenants, they showed them where the ducts were thoroughly cleaned with their camera. Not only the techs, but their dispatc/office has been very kind and knowledgeable as well. Bethany went out of her way to help me along this process. I would 10/10 recommend this company, and would definitely use them again in the future.
