I got a new 4-ton 2 stage unit installed and AirServ's customer service was fantastic. They guided me through the entire process in a way that was easy to understand and didn't leave me feeling uncertain or wary, which is usually the case with similar companies. I had complete faith in their recommendations and the pricing was fair, so I definitely feel like I got my money's worth and more.
The technician was outstanding! He was on time and courteous! He was extremely knowledgeable and made sure both of my units were in tip top shape!

Very attentive and helpful. Had problem with heating system during negative 4 degrees and every company was booked due to similar problems however Aire Service took in considering of an elderly person in need of their service. Thank you and happy Holidays
Package HVAC was not heating. Called in request for service, their technician responded in about an hour. Trouble shot system, repaired problem, home is now we'll heated. 🙂

Amazing customer service, and very professional.
We started using this company two years ago. The first maintenance on a unit less than two years they found and repaired a problem that we were not aware of, and therefore did not have a serious problem later. The maintenance program in sping and fall cleans checks for leaks wear and tear and anything abnormal. I know it seems a little expensive but after paying some very high repair bills on our old unit it is well worth the expense.
