We have been using this company for about 20 years, before it was purchased by the Aire Serv franchise. We have found they provide reliable high-quality service, and they retain techs well enough that we recognize people year after year. This year we had about half of our HVAC system replaced out of necessity. There were a couple of bumps getting it rolling with our other outdated equipment, but they responded quickly to our issues and fixed them. On more than one occasion we have called them out for an emergency repair after hours. They have always been quickly responsive and professional. Last night we had an AC outage and we called them for help. In spite of the scheduled tech being unable to respond (I guess going into labor is a solid excuse) they got another tech out to us very efficiently. After all these years I can’t imagine calling anybody else.

I had AC this morning. The inside of the house being a comfortable 74 degrees and after a few hours of installing the new unit the management company had asked them to install they left to another repair or recharge job. When I called the only thing they said "I'll make a note of what you've said. They should be there tomorrow." Needless to say in a house that is by rental agreement mandate is supposed to stay within a certain temperature range this is quite compromising. It is now 82 degrees inside the house and I can't help but feel this is much less than professional. If you need something done in a singular day your best bet is elsewhere

Refrigerant leak was detected. Technician was 100% solid all around. 2lb refrigerant recharge quoted at approx $500. Not included was leak repair labor and material. R410A refrigerant sells for approx $100. for a 25 lb cylinder. ( that's 12 similar repairs worth or $6,000 on $100. of material, recharge is simple, tools basic as well) That's called creating a market in business terms as there are obstacles for a do it yourselfer to purchase refrigerant. A new mini split system can be purchased and self installed for $1,000. No brainer here. Matthew 16:26

He was professional but personable and explained everything along the way (from what he was doing, to the maintenance package and even how to read the panel on the AC unit after I asked about that). Again, great experience!
