I've used Aire Serv for several years. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. When you call, you reach them and not an answering service or voicemail. Brenda and Matt are both super nice, I highly recommend Aire Serv!

Had them come out to miles city and I paid for gas and everything. To install a new furnace with a 5 inch filter. Had issues immediately after they left with a frozen tube. They then tried to get me to fix it myself. I hired you all for a reason and you brushed me off when I had problems.

I was first greeted by Brenda, who was very professional & courteous. She let me know they had openings today. Matt & Nick were amazing!! My central air started freezing up yesterday. I called this morning and they were here by 10. They tore my furnace apart, cleaned the interior condenser & blower motor & had me back in business within 2 hours. When I called back because of another concern, they were back within an hour at no charge. Very friendly & professional people! Excellent customer service!!
Our air conditioner broke down just as the heat rose to hot- they came on a weekend at no extra charge, ordered a new air conditioner and had it installed in less than a week. Brenda and Matt are friendly and easy to access. The service was excellent. We purchased the maintenance plan and we will see them every six months!
Matt and his partner did amazing work in little time! They even took the time to show me everything that was wrong and explained every detail on what they needed to do to fix the problem. I highly recommend this business!
