Installed an A/C system surge protector.
Very knowledgeable and helpful in providing information on items I can address myself in maintaining the heat air system.
The techs are always courteous and if they mess up, they make it right.

I have allergies to mold and dust. This company “claimed” to help those with asthma and allergy issues. So we paid Air Serv $32,000 to upgrade our upstairs unit, reduct the entire HVAC system, install an IQ air system for allergies, and install a UV light and Ozone unit. I noticed that the air started smelling bad, and I was having some severe allergic reactions. I called the company several times and they did not respond. Finally the company called back after weeks and they came out. They gave us a bogus answer and wanted to charge us more money. The reason we bought the IQ air system is to prevent mold and allergies. I was not satisfied with them charging more money. I kept calling to remediate the terrible smell in the HVAC system. I have been completely ignored. I was suffering so I paid an HVAC cleaning company $5000 and they found mold in the vents and plenums. WE JUST HAD AIR SERV PUT IN TWO NEW IQ AIR SYSTEMS!!!!!! I am having terrible health and Air Serv won’t stand behind their service or product. DO NOT use this company if you have allergies or asthma. They don’t care and will just try to sell you something.

Brian came out from Air Serv. He came out when they said he would be here on the same day that I called. Excellent price. I definitely will use Air Serv again. Very dependable. I like that in a company. I just can't brag on them enough. My heat was off and I needed someone quick. Air Serv rocked it out of the park. I am very Satisfied!!!!! Thank You Air Serv for great customer service.
AC went out and heat index was 107! -- Daniel and Brian came out early on Saturday morning and had it up and running in less than 30 minutes! I've been using AireServ for a decade now and they are always fast, courteous, and very professional. I highly recommend them.
The service I have received from Aire Serv of Desoto County has been stellar. Service call has either been answered same day or within 24 hours. Their prices are fair and more importantly, they disclose upfront pricing - I know! That's unheard of. Once my units were fixed, we haven't had any additional issues. Hands down, aire Serv of Desoto County is my family go to!! I've also referred several friends and they too were/are impressed with the level of service, attention to detail and knowledge demonstrated!

Did a very shoddy job on my well. Had the same issues less than a year later and was told they don't service my area anymore and they have absolutely no record of ever having done the job. I was told someone would get back with me and 2 weeks later I still haven't gotten a return phone call. Needless say I had to pay someone else to fix their mess up.

Aire Serv De Soto County is absolutely awesome. When my heater decided to go out on these cold nights, they responded to my service call very quickly. They have a very friendly staff and service tech. I was also able to sign up for a service plan that will hopefully keep this from happening again. Aire Serv to the rescue!!
The customer service was beyond my expectations, highly recommend this company for all your heating and air needs. They also have 3 locations to better service you!

They came in and did the job quickly and got my air back up and blowing. In the middle of the summer that was a big deal.
Very knowledgeable technician was on time, willing to help determine all issues & went out of his way to help me with a repair list while selling our home. Not my first experience with Aire Serv & every time before was wonderful as well. Definitely recommend contacting Aire Serv!!!

Taylor was incredible! it is 100 degrees outside and he can in and explained what our issue was. The previous company we used tech was in a hurry and didn't take his time. Thanks Taylor and air serv for actually talking to us!!!
