Called to inquire about an ETA, Eddie was curt, rude, and at the completion of our call was shi%^y enough to continue to bad mouth me “Geez this lady…”without realizing he hadn’t hung up the phone. How’s that for customer service?! Jessie, on the other hand was pleasant and informative during each interaction. The work performed was effective (motor replacement), however there’s a scratch left on the flooring of our home. The service provider asked my daughter for a towel so he wouldn’t mess up the flooring. I feel any reputable company should bring their own tarp or supplies to mitigate client debris or damage. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
Jessie was professional, efficient and friendly. There was a part that needed to ordered. The part was delivered and Jessie came back to finish my repair. My house was comfortable again by the end of the day.
Aire J installed my A/C in FL, very professional, courteous, and responsive. After return from a trip, A/C was out, in FL weather a disaster...Aire J responded after hours, made the repairs...I am a long-time customer and recommend them highly!!
We had to purchase a new AC system and purchased the York 3.5 ton. Their team showed up in the am and completed the total installation by 3 pm. The house is cooling and we love the new thermostat inside and the rain guard on the unit outside. The house feels wonderfully cool again!
I have never done a post on here before but **WARNING ** Stay away from AIRE J. HEATING & AIR!! They completely ripped us off and didn’t want to make things right, so I had to share. I dialed the wrong air conditioning company from my contacts; I accidentally called AIRE J. HEATING & AIR. When they came out, they basically told me I had to replace several items and needed Freon and they were pressuring me. When I asked questions, they were telling me “ma’am, we are going to leave if you don’t decide.” I didn’t feel comfortable with what they were saying, but I had no A/C. After they left, I called the A/C company that was supposed to come out (that was highly recommended), and they told me that he definitely overcharged in many areas by $900 and if I called them, it would have been $75 -max $150!!! I will continue to post this so that everyone is alerted that they should never use this company! They replaced the safety switch and charged a lot. My real ac guy said why did they do that. The safety switches were working because it turned off your ac as it was suppose to do.

Aire J has been servicing my hvac system for years. Recently my system stopped working and they came the same day as my call to check it out. The tech, Juan, was very knowledgeable and pointed out that my compressor had shorted out. He gave me options for a repair or replacement. I chose to replace instead of spending half the cost of a new unit on an aging and inefficient system. They had my new unit in and operating the following day. Everything was explained and the installation was neat and clean. The price they quoted me was very fair compared to advertised prices from other companies and I really didn't need to shop around or have to hassle them for a better price. I highly recommend Aire J and thank them for the great service!
Jesse has to be the most honest person in the trades. My HVAC compressor was not turning on. He immediately looked inside the compressor and told me it was a refrigerant leak and he knew this because the copper fittings inside had a bit of shine to them indicating that the shine was sprayed oil from the refrigerant. Brilliant and immediate diagnosis. He removed the fan and started taking a closer look lower in the compressor. Since the unit no longer had refrigerant, he added some nitrogen under pressure and put his hand inside and immediately felt the nitrogen leaking and quickly located the leak. He identified that there was a crack in one of the copper fittings. He then proceeded to silver solder the break sealing the leak. Long story short....Jesse could have easily told me that I needed a new compressor and I would not have known the real problem but he didn't do that. He simply repaired the existing compressor by sealing the leak saving me $$$$thousands. The unit then had to have new refrigerant added which he did. His diagnosis and repair charge was super reasonable.
Overall very pleased. The problem was quickly found- burned wires that were clipped and spliced. They had no electrical tape nor a AAA battery. I asked for a receipt for my $150 as to what was done. I was not given a receipt as I had in the past. Am concerned as to wheather I had to pay a service charge.
I was very pleased with the service I received on my A/C. Very pleasant worker and efficient. Thanks you very much.

Great services, very professional and great prices
I would like to recommend Aire J Heating and Air conditioning since they are prompt, responsible and a great professional business. My AC compressor literally exploded and they were fast to schedule, diagnose and repair. They also came back to recheck it to make sure my AC works to specs. Jesse did a great job! Not only did he show me the problem with my system, he was able to correct it on the spot. There were both configuration issues with the thermostat and incorrect diagnosis by the previous company where they applied a patch. He was able to put it back to normal and make it operate perfectly and at the same time, taught me what to look for in the future! I would recommend them highly! Jesse is a 5-star tech all the way! A seasonal tune-up ... They put in my system two years ago and I like them to check it every six months.
