Logan did a great job diagnosing the problem and repairing the A/C. The team is professional and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this company!
We were first assigned Aire Care through our home warranty company several years ago. After an amazing experience with them we also started getting semi-annual checkups on our units which has helped keep things running longer than expected! Recently one of our units decided to give us a bunch of issues and I swear the whole company was at our house through it all. They were so patient waiting for me to get what I needed through the home warranty company, came out several times as things kept breaking, and were so honest on the needed options for repairs. With out any pressure I was explained what was wrong each time and what my options were. Of course, in the end, it was better to replace then repair and we did find their cost very reasonable. The install was fast and they were so careful to make sure not to bang up the house (these guys has to haul everything upstairs and into a horribly angled attic). We had some water leaking in the ceiling the next day, a saturday/sunday, and I called leaving a message not expecting anything until the next business day. To my surprise I got a call sunday morning to have someone sent out not even sure the issue was them. After some very crafty ideas and fiddling around Eddie was able to find the issue and get it resolved (a pipe for the unit had gotten a clog and would leak randomly). I still cannot thank everyone there for everything and coming out on their day off as well! Always highly recommend Aire Care to every one I know and suggest the maintenance plan too!
I have a home warranty contract and have used them several times over the past few years. As with most warranty contracts, response is slow. Last year after an issue arose and the first contractor failed to respond, Aire Care Mechanical was assigned to my claim. They responded and repaired the issue in a timely manner. They were very professional. This year when another issue occurred, the warranty company assigned Aire Care again to my claim and again they responded in a timely manner. They diagnosed the issue and due to the past repair history and new diagnosis, the unit was replaced by my warranty contract. They scheduled my replacement and completed the installation. I was very impressed with the entire staff from the field technicians, to office staff and even met the owner, who responded to assist with the install. It was nice to see a family owned and operated business and know the the owner is willing to lead by example and get his hands dirty. Thank you for all your company did. I am now a lifelong customer of Aire Care Mechanical.
This contractor and Logan, in particular, are top notch. I have used them through my warranty company for all my hvac needs and hands down I would recommend them to all. They show up as they say, keep you in the loop, and even teach you things you may not know because they truly care about the customer and what they do. Raving fan!
Our upstairs AC went out right as it was hitting 90. The first 3 companies I had come out said, the whole system had to be replaced and it’d take a while… These guys came out evaluated the system and said, nah, just fill it with coolant and sure enough it’s working GREAT! It’s crazy, people don’t want to fix stuff anymore they just want to replace a perfectly well working system and make a sale. I’m so glad we had these guys over. They’re HONEST, kind professional and all of those things.
I reported this claim on my home warranty and was contacted the next day to schedule a visit. Logan, my technician, was very professional and actually early for the appointment. I highly recommend this company and have done so with friends after this second wonderful experience.

Jeff Davis’ (Aire Care owner’s) experience and knowledge of available products and installation alternatives helped us choose a replacement HVAC system for our home. The Aire Care team provided outstanding service and kept us informed throughout the process. They made timely adjustments to ensure the new unit was installed before record cold temperatures. The owner, installation crew, and office staff worked seamlessly to complete the job.
The owner came to give us a quote on total replacement plus an installation of a new mini split downstairs. I didn't feel like I was taking to a salesman. This was a welcome feeling because that was the feeling I had with the other company that came. The quote was very reasonable and they were able to get us in the very next week. The install guys were fantastic! Very professional but funny and personable at the same time. I feel very confident that these new systems will give us years of good use but won't hesitate to call these guys back in the future. Highly recommend this company to anyone with HVAC needs.
We have used Aire Care multiple times and they are always professional but friendly, work hard to get us taken care of, are mindful of the costs and do a great job. I would highly recommend you give them a try.
First thing I want to see is that Aire Care provide GREAT customer service. They recently negotiated on our behalf with the manufacturer of a GREE split wall unit installed in our kitchen which was still under warranty but had malfunctioned - a motor having burned out. A new replacement unit was provided and installed. We are really impressed with the efficiency, courtesy and expertise Aire Care demonstrate and would highly recommend them.
My home warranty company selected Aire Care to replace my heat exchanger. Aire Care did a great job. They stayed in touch with me throughout the entire ordering and installation process. Aire Care is a solid company who did a fantastic job handling my repair.
We could not be more impressed with the service from John and Jeff with Aire Care Mechanical. Our unit blew a fuse overnight and they fit us in the next day. Jeff even took the time to show us how to self-diagnose/fix the fuse on our unit. You are making a mistake if you don't call this local family-owned business for your heating and cooling needs.
After having two other companies fail to find the problem with our unit, Logan from Aire Care came and took the time to find the actual problem. He explained the problem with our and kept us informed on what he was doing along the way. He was on time and friendly as well.
My furnace recently went out. Aire Care diagnosed the problem (a couple of bad connections on a control board). They quickly got me the part and got my heat back up and running. Great job, guys!
They came out on New Year's eve morning when everyone else was closing at noon. Jeff troubleshot heating system and found a motor at a warehouse in Knoxville. While he went on to his next appointment/emergency, Brian picked up the motor and brought it to the house. Had to go back to get the right mount before everyone closed and installed it. Terrific service, very professional - from Amy scheduling to both of the service technicians. Great job!!! I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone. Paul S.
The Aire Care team did a great job installing my new Amana GasPack unit. Jeff came out first and did a great job reviewing the layout and prepared a very competitive quote. The installation Techs (Eddie & Brian) did a nice job and quickly removed the old unit and completed the installation in a professional manner. Everything was done in a timely manner and I was quite pleased with the work and support throughout.
I arrived home on the evening of New Year's eve to find that my central heating unit had failed. Cold!!! I called Air Care and left a message to this effect. My call was returned on New Year's day and, within a short time, a serviceman was at my door and addressing my problem. The circulating fan had failed and the supply houses from which this part is normally available were closed. A few phone calls by my serviceman resulted in a supply house employee opening his business and producing the much needed fan! Hooray!! Heat again!! I am very grateful for the extra effort given by Air Care in solving my problem. I could have had a very cold day or two....or moved to a motel. Neither sounded too good to me! Thank you Air Care!!
We had to have an outdoor unit disconnected and moved so we could replace the pad it was on, then come back and set it back up. I was given a quote from another company we had been dealing with for years (servicing 5 units at 3 locations) we agreed to the quote but when I called to schedule the work I was told the price would be double the quote and it would be 2 weeks before they could get to it. I called Aire Care Mechanical Heating & Cooling, told them what I needed and was given a quote less than the first price the larger company we had used before. They were able to schedule the job within a few days, showed up on time, removed the unit and moved it out of the way, after we finished with the new pad they came back quickly and reinstalled. They did a great job. We just had one of our units to go out and will be calling them again to get a price on a new unit. I think you will be happy with their work, we are.
Both service men that came to our home were very professional, did quality work, and answered my questions. Heather also was very please to talk to on the phone. I would definitely recommend Aire Care to everyone that I know who needs hvac service or repairs done!
