Omar answered my call and when I was seeking a good company/person to check on my ac. He told me right away I can do it next morning and he did. I am so happy I found him, he was very profesional and kind. My ac is working again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Omar

Very knowledgeable, our tech spent time to diagnose and troubleshoot our system. He found 2 issues and was able to get our heat working the same day. Friendly and efficient, its been a few weeks and everything is running great.

Omar Herrera was friendly and knowledgeable. He showed up early, diagnosed the issue (failed capacitor on fan motor prevented the system from blowing air), and completed the repair all in about half an hour.
He was very professional, polite and most importantly, fixed the problem that others could not. It feels good not to wake up to a 39 degree room lol. Thanks again!
I did diagnosis with other company. They asked me to pay $1140 for replacement of ac 3 parts. It looks over charged so I called to many companies to compare the price. Most company didn't offer me the price by phone but this company did. And some others asked me $815 and $650 by phone. I called this company yesterday late afternoon. The technician came to my home today morning to replace a/c condenser motor, contactor and capacitor. He gave me price by phone yesterday $490 for this work and he kept the price. He serviced gas input even I didn't ask and he didn't charge it additionally. Now air conditioner works good. He worked professionally and he was very polite. I recommend this company! And I will use this company for next time, too.
Omar Herrera of AirDirect HVAC, came to my house on June 5, 2020 on a complaint that the AC on my upstairs unit had stopped working. He found that the control board had failed and said he had to order the part and come back the following week to install it. In the meantime, he bypassed the fan into the motor so I would have air while I wait for the part. He quoted me $540.00 to do the work and asked me to pay him $300.00 as a downpayment, which I did. The following Monday, he contacted me to verify that he had the correct model number. Then, I didn't hear from him again. I left numerous texts and phone messages asking him what was taking so long. He left me a message the following Saturday, June 13 saying he had been busy with something else and would finish the job the following Monday, June 15. He never called so again I left numerous messages. Nothing. Meanwhile, the fan was working 24/7, racking up a very expensive electricity bill, $75.00 over my normal bill for the period. I finally reached him and told him I was now shopping for a new furnace since this one was about to croak. The work he had performed on it was creating the unit to overheat and malfunction. He said he could quote me a good price for a new furnace. I said fine, as long as he reimburse me the $300.00 that I had paid for a part I never got. He agreed and said he would come the following day. That is the last time I ever heard from him. That was on June 22nd. Please, choose a different company to do your repair. There are numerous ones out there that will do a perfectly good job, won’t lie to you and steal from you.
The finest and most professional company I have ever dealt with in a while. They found the source of our Air Conditioning problem and managed the repairs timely and at a very affordable rate. Their customer service was second to none. Highly recommend this busines!
Called at 7am today and was repaired by 9am. Omar was a nice man, very knowledgeable. Charged fairly and fixed quickly. I really appreciated the service. He didn't try to sell me any additional stuff, he just fixed the problem and stayed to make sure things were working as they should. I would use again.....Charles
It was a pleasure doing business with Omar at AirDirect HVAC. He’s very knowledgeable, courteous and professional!! He did an excellent job. He was able to quickly identify the problem and had our air conditioning unit up and running in no time. We can now relax and enjoy the comforts of a cool home. He also took the time to educate us on annual service and went over replacement options for future. Thanks to Omar now we have a good idea of what a new HVAC unit will cost and we can start planning for when the time comes to replace the unit. Not to mention it will be more energy efficient and will save us money in the long run. This was a wonderful experience and we will definitely reach out again for future needs.
I wasted my money using these guys. They charged $240 to spray the condenser with a garden hose, turn the system on and off, and replace some refrigerant, which would have been okay if this had fixed anything. Our coils froze over because they failed to notice the unit leaking, and I couldn't get an appointment for them to come out and finish their repairs for 3 weeks while my house stayed at 80+ degrees. It was disappointing that Omar was never able to keep any appointments, and would not even call when he didn't show up. I won't recommend them to anyone. I called Hixon Heating & Air Conditioning, and Mitch fixed the issue immediately, showed up early, and called me to discuss appointments, the repairs, and the costs.

Excellent job and super-speedy service. My AC conked out and Omar was at my house within a couple of hours. A bit of coolant and a replacement control card in my unit and I was back to cool in no time! Made me happy!

I would highly recommend this firm and the owners for any install or service you may need. Our upstairs central A/C unit quit on Thursday night entering into the Labor Day Weekend. I went to home advisors and located Air Direct. The owner himself came to our house on Friday morning, and realizing we needed to replace the unit, came back Saturday Morning on Labor Day weekend to install; his wife assisted. Together, they installed a new central unit and had us covered on Saturday afternoon on Labor Day weekend. Omar and his wife were both professional, polite, thorough and very reasonably priced. Kudos to both for their dedication to customer service!!
I called this company and someone said they could be at my home the next day. After several days of unanswered phone calls and missed appointments Omar Herrera sends another person to my house. The other guy or company shows up to give me a quote. I thought it seemed high. Turns out to be twice as much as another company and $1500 more expensive on a new unit. Complete waste of time and very unprofessional. I would not recommend these guys to anyone.
