Scam company. Installs faulty product and won’t return calls or texts for repair
I never see such a irresponsible company to deal with. I order new A/C unit. It is horrible experience. They just dump the A/C and take the check. It was not properly fixed, now it is 4 months, they fixed broken heater A/C. now they never attend my phone or they never answer my messages. They blocked my phone number. The new unit have warranty and they have to contact Trane but they are not doing. They broken my ceiling two places too.
10/2/2021. UPDATE. AFTER HAVING SOMEONE COME OUT AND RUN THE NUMBERS ON THE COMPRESSOR THEY INSTALLED IT WAS INFACT A SCAM. I HAVE A 4 ton 2016 Unit and Angel installed a 2002 compressor that was not even the correct btu or model for my unit. I have called every number I can find for this company an no one will even answer the phone. I have absolutely everything in writing and pictures to document everything I am saying. If anyone wants copies please reach out to me. Don’t be fooled by fictitious review here on their website. They were shut down in GA and FL for the same fraudulent activities. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! I called then in June and received outstanding service. I paid $1500.00 for a new compressor. I started having the same issue 2 weeks ago and called them and they told me I was not in their system and they did not do any work for me. I presented their invoice which was signed by their technician and my paid visa receipt. I have one year warranty on parts and labor, according to my invoice,No one will call me back. I have called countless times and get the same response, I’m not in their system. I have been without air for two weeks. I cannot afford to replace the compressor again. My grandson has asthma and cannot come to my house because of this. The only reason that I can think of is they put in a used compressor and did not register it. SCAM. How can any company refuse to back up a legal document and still be in business! This is FRAUD IN EVERY SINCE OF THE WORD!!! If Angel come as your technician, beware!
Mario did a great job. They came out after 9:00pm and got our AC back up and running.
Their service is outstanding. All the people I spoke with were very polite and easy to deal with. Our needs were met by a professional who understood everything involved.

Great service, came ASAP and fix the problem
Mario and Angel were incredible! The AC went out on a Sunday and they arrived within the hour of us calling. They are such a pleasure to work with and are very good at communicating and informing us throughout. From keeping us updated about when they would show up to what exactly was wrong with our AC. They were very kind and gave us a portable AC unit in the meantime while they were fixing the AC. Fingers crossed we don’t need them again but if we do, we’ll definitely be using them!
