Ivan was straightforward and honest. I had a different company out last week for annual maintenance and told me I had all kinds of problems that I didn't have. Ivan walked me through and showed me test results and pictures of the parts I was told were dirty by the other company. He made a point to not sell me things I didn't need. We will be using him for all of our maintenance and repairs going forward.
