These guys are amazing! They were able to trouble shoot and solve my issue in 15 minutes! No bs or 'while we're here' or 'you should really' sales pitches either. Just two amazing young men who worked together extremely efficiently and effectively to find and fix the issue. This was my 2nd interaction with this company and I couldn't be any more impressed or more highly recommend them. Everyday Hero's that just made my summer - Thank you so much!

John and his sons installed a new central air unit.for me. They were fast, friendly, fair and knowledgeable! My house is now cool and Comfortable! John cares about his clients and gives 100% in making sure everything is perfect before he leaves your home.
Couldn’t be happier. After their team diagnosed my problem, I was able to speak with the owner and he gave me a more in depth explanation of my problem instead of taking them at their word. The whole team was very kind and knowledgable. Highly recommend.

I’m editing my previous review as they have made things right for us. However, they never came back to finish the job so they just simply offered us a full refund. I’m not exactly sure how well of a job they actually do because they never really did the job in the first place.

Our 35 year old Furnace and Air Conditioner finally bit the dust and we began the process of getting estimates for a total new system. AirChanics was recommended to us by several people and they were one of the three companies that gave us an estimate. Needless to say, AirChanics was the most reasonable and knowledgeable of all three companies. John Peed (owner) and his crew were so kind, knowledgeable and caring during this process, even offering to bring portable air conditioning units for us to use until we got our new unit installed. They even tore the old units out and allowed me time to paint and clean the utility room before installing the new unit. John promised he would not leave our home until we had COLD AIR and he delivered on his promise. The entire crew worked way past normal quitting time on a very hot and humid day. As I am typing this, our dog Pippa is currently laying on top of the register vent and I am thrilled that the thermostat says it's 74 degrees in our home. Integrity and customer service are a lost art in this day and age, but not with John at AirChanics, he has been superb. Knows his stuff and gave us recommendations and explained the entire process which helped us to make an informed decision. His entire staff is polite, caring, and just a breath of fresh air!!! Thanks John, we will definitely recommend you to all our family and friends. Pippa says thanks too!

John and his sons are pleasant and very professional. They repaired our heat pump and reinstalled the outside unit to prevent further problems. Excellent customer service. Will definitely work with AirChanics of Ohio for all our future heating and cooling service.
