Informed me they were running a few minutes late, which was not a concern & I was appreciative of their notification. I contracted for duct & vent cleaning services. We walked through each room to identify each vent and access to the furnace. Floor protection was placed, and work commenced. The technicians were polite and professional in work and appearance and cleaned up afterward. Would recommend there services.
The two gentleman were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They explained exactly what the process was for cleaning our ducts and furnace and they finished in a timely manner. I was expecting alot of noise but it was very quiet for the most part. Would definitely recommend them. 👍

They actually offered an earlier time on the day I was scheduled. Both Alex and Cody were kind and considerate of my home and my aged cat. It was an efficient and timely service. They were very tidy, it looked like they weren’t even there after they left. I would highly recommend this company and their service.

Air Care USA of Renton Disclaimer: I receive no gain in sharing this other than the fact I am able to attest to this being a WA licensed contractor, family owned, operated, honest, open, informative, friendly, affordable and use technology and tools beyond simply a truck mounted vacuum process. They do multi direction duct agitation in addition to the vacuum process. They are the REAL deal! Air Care USA is best able to provide definitive information on their process and terminology, but you likely get the idea! I highly recommend and have been sharing, posting as well as google rating these folks!

Did not service properties in the order in which we had agreed upon and that had been communicated to my tenants. I had 3 properties for them to service of which two are rentals and one I personally own. The specific instructions were given to Jim, the owner regarding the necessary order by location. Regardless of the specific order that my tenants had planned around, AirCare chose to service the last property first. I had to coordinate the time with the tenants in advance of this service so they would be available to let them in. The tenant for the 1st property made arrangements with her employer that she would be late for work. Turns out AirCare USA never showed up. Tenant was not happy. Tenant for the 3rd property was surprised they showed up at her door after 8:30 this morning when the appointment was set for 11-1 pm. This created dissatisfaction all around. I spoke with Alex who said he was "the owner" of AirCare and, due to his utter lack of concern for doing proper business, I cancelled the other two properties. He said he would have to charge me a service fee. I told him I wasn't going to pay him since instructions weren't followed. He threatened to put a lien on my property which I didn't appreciate. I did pay him the $742.50 for the service he provided on the one property. I discovered this company when I went to the Puyallup Fair and met Jim, "the owner" of AirCare USA. His presentation of the services his Company provided enticed me to move forward with their service. Jim had me write down the three properties on a piece of paper. Alex had a copy of the paper and showed me the order I put them in. It showed the addresses of the properties but no where did it say which property is supposed to be serviced first. He was using that as an excuse for the misunderstanding. I didn't feel good by the way I was treated and being threatened with a lien as a scare tactic is no way to treat a good customer.
