Very sad to edit my review. What was once a professional and honest company has unfortunately turned into anything but. They sold me a defective A/C unit. On 3 occasions, they came and fixed it, always charging me. Finally, the unit was no longer fixable by band-aids just a year after purchasing it. Despite being under warranty, I was charged $800 for the company to come replace the broken unit that they sold me. I understand being unlucky and having to pay labor, but the fact that they are marking up labor for a broken product they sold me is absurd. Two stars rather than one due to the prior years of good experiences, but it seems ethics have gone away and greed has taken over. Will be moving on.

Long story short: stay AWAY from this company otherwise you WILL REGRET it!!! Each time they show up, you can 100% be sure something else will go wrong in the next couple of weeks!!! Read all 1 start and 2 stars review so you can be familiar with the technique they use to make money of off you, and laugh at you after they took your money!!!!! If you have time read on: they came each time and they said the system looks good and working fine, just we have to do this or that, and you have to pay $400, $500, $900, etc... for each visit. and I have to call them couple of weeks after each visit they came as something else was going wrong, and when I started asking about their warranty they stopped answering my phone!!!! and after I paid them couple thousand dollar, I ended up to change the whole AC!!!! they just charged me $900 couple of weeks go on their last visit to change air handler motor :( They don't stand by what they do wrong. They will not offer any warranty in action, and they will not give your money back. Mater of fact, they don't answer your phone after they will find out you figure them out! Goof luck if you still think these people will give you a good service!

Airbulance is so amazing I have been using them for over five years now they always come through for me on time and fix my issues and start a brand new AC when there was none around and all of South Florida they found me a unit they installed it perfectly my house is so cool I have been using them for several years and I will continue to use them they are very professional and very kind and always on time immediately in a emergency

They have come to fix my AC several times in the last 10 months. each time they have told me how it is a new AC system and in good shape but just needs (fill in the blank $500+ repair). the AC unit is down for the 4th time. as I see it they either a.) crooks or b.) incompetent

My AC was down and David (air bulance llc) came over on a Sunday. In 5 minutes he claimed that my coil needed an acid wash (500$). He also said that he flushed the unit and the AC would start working right away. My AC never worked. The next morning I called a professional company they said the unit lacked Freon. Problem solved! I felt scammed and called the owner (Daniel) he tried to justify David’s actions by giving me the run around on how AC works. Avoid this company at all costs! You will be scammed!

I called this company to come and check our ac because it stopped working. A tech came out, explained the issue and quoted a price. The price higher than what I could afford so I said I would look around but call back if I couldn’t find someone else. I paid the diagnostic fee and expected the technician to leave at that point but he got on the phone with someone, Daniel or David, I believe & had me talk to the individual. That person then told me that they could offer me a lower price. I told him the lower price was still higher than I could afford and reiterated that I would I look around for a more affordable quote. Then the tech called someone else who quoted a lower price. They were pressuring me to take their services and I was starting to feel uncomfortable! Regardless, I figured I could somehow pay the lowest price quoted to me, so I accepted the quote & was told that since I paid their diagnostic fee I would only pay the difference on the following day, once the work was complete. The next day, a new technician showed up and did the work. When he was finished, he told me that added an extra $100 to the bill, claiming it was for freeon! He didn’t tell me beforehand that this was needed, he simply did it then told me after the fact. This is unprofessional. If the cost of a job is going to increase, this information must be brought to the customer prior to performing the service. I felt extremely uncomfortable with how this company treated me, but because I was alone with my baby, I simply paid the cost so the tech would leave. My account is now overdrawn because of their horrible business practice and I cannot make any necessary purchases until my next paycheck. I told these conmen that I couldn’t afford it initially but they found a way to force me to pay anyway. I would never employ their services again nor refer them to anyone. They are shady!

Beware of this company. Make sure you watch them and record their work even when they're up on the roof. they will pretend to flush your AC unit or installing the "booster" and add more "freezeon"...even though almost 0 work was being done. Charged me $600 to install "Booster" and add more "freezeon" told me that my system is fine now...and guarrantee for the next 6months....2 months later my AC unit shut down...called them and they decided to charge me another $1300 if I don't want to replace the whole unit. Service include "flushing the system"... 1 week later my AC went down again...I was busy so I didn't look at what they were doing....went back and check the security camera...I notice they were just pretending to fix it with no correct equipment to "flush" the AC unit...funny thing is the guy was pretending to flush my AC unit literally 6 feet of my actual AC unit with a can of duster....

Excellent company. They arrived very promptly to diagnose the problem with our unit, which was over 30 yrs old and needed replacing. They came the next day to do the work. They arrived at the promised time and worked efficiently. They brought all the permits and paper work needed. The work area was left clean and tidy. Everything is working well and we are very pleased. We definitely recommend this company.

absolutely insane how this company stays in business. rude, barely speak english, dont know what an appointment means, blame you for their mistakes, and act like theyre doing you a massive favor just for showing up (which they wont do). typical south florida horror show.

They arrived quickly and diagnosed the issue quickly but didn't have the parts needed for repair. They said they would be back the next day between 10-1 to finish the repair. The next day, I called at 11, at 1, at 2 and at 4. Each time I was assured the repair would happen today and they just need to get the part. "We will call you" and "dont worry" they said. My final call with them, at 4pm, I was told they couldnt get the part and I had to wait another day. I asked if they would have it tomorrow. I was told "hopefully, we will see". If I would of had this information earlier in the day, I could of arranged a different company to fix the problem. We felt strung along without anyone “giving it to us straight”. To the owners of Airbulance: Its ok if you cant do something, but dont say you will and then not do it.
