Tom at Airbest is very thorough , professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Airbest I will definitely be having them come back and do some additional duct work, service the furnace and adding a new dryer vent.
Our newly formed townhouse HOA was able to complete our dryer vent cleaning (4-5 years past due), this past week after and they hired AirBest Duct Cleaning Services. Owner Tom and his assistant were very friendly and professional, explaining the process and allowing me to spectate in on the process. They were very courteous also to remove shoes/wear booties if you typically have shoes removed indoors. After the vent was cleared/vacuumed out, I was very impressed with Tom's work, as he took the time to fix the mistakes that the previous dryer installers made by improperly connecting the tube, which led to the dryer exhuast leaking back into the laundry room itself. We hope to use Tom and his services for future cleanings or repairs.

Our dryer recently stopped heating and we called AirBest to come out and clean the duct, so we could eliminate a potentially blocked duct first. Service was quick and very professional, Tom explained a few different things that could have been causing the dryer to stop heating, and even took a photo of the blockage to show us what it looked like on the roof (this is a new house for us and the maintenance is questionable from the old owners). We will now be calling AirBest annually to have our ducts cleared. Thank you Tom and AirBest!
We called for a vent cleaning and they did a great job at a more reasonable price than I expected. Because of an error on my end, a 2nd visit was needed and it was also done in a timely manner. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
