Don’t waste your time very unprofessional service, they didn’t know how to install stove, they left and never came back , they don’t respond anymore.
Chad was professional, meticulous, and knowledgeable. He repaired and cleaned our gas fireplace. Now it works and looks like a brand new one.
I had Airbenders out to fix my fireplace. A guy came out in November, charged me $75 to look at it and said he would order the part. I didn't hear back from them. I followed up in late December. Kyle told me he would look into it. I've messaged and called since then with no response from Kyle or anyone else from the company. I'd like a refund so that I can call another company.
Chad came out to repair the gas line in my fireplace. He is very knowledgeable and I had complete confidence in his assessment. He recommended a mason to replace the firebrick and the whole job was completed quickly and at a very fair price. They came out two days later and replaced my water heater. I hope I don't need plumbing or heat/air services again anytime soon but if I do I will call Airbenders.
Air Benders also repairs in-home gas fireplaces. Air Benders is ethical, responsive and good value. Chad went above and beyond servicing my gas fireplace. He made the repair, cleaned the fireplace and made sure as the homeowner I was comfortable operating the fireplace. I cannot say enough good thinks about the time spent and professionalism of Chad and Air Benders Heat and Air.
We initially had a bad experience with the tech that came out, but you know what? I called and talked to Chad one of the owners and he was absolutely amazing and made it right, coming out right away to fix it. There are always gonna be things that happen and what happened here shows that the owners care so much and will go above and beyond. That’s how you run a business. Great job Chad!! 👏👏. I went from an upset customer to now someone who will return again bc of your professionalism. Thank you!!
Airbenders Heat and Air was referred to our family to repair/inspect our gas fireplace. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We were very impressed with their service and would highly recommend.
Every time I use this company, they are excellent. They have cleaned and moved my dryer vent, replaced starting capacitor on my AC, replaced/repaired 3 bathroom faucets, and replaced my AC back up drain line. They are always honest, affordable, and so knowledgeable. I trust them because they never overcharge me or mislead me about what needs to be fixed. Their pricing is very fair and less than most other companies out there. You will not be disappointed if you use them. Very good communication too, and always answers calls and texts quickly, even when they are busy. I wish I would have found them sooner!
Very professional and prompt. Our AC went out pretty late in the evening and Chad was here in 30 minutes or less and got it repaired in a hurry. Very grateful considering it was 85 degrees inside on a day that was 100 outside. 100% recommend them.
A few years ago I saw someone post on facebook that they had used Airbenders to fix a fireplace and that they did a great job. I had been told that my gas fireplace needed a $750 part to fix it by another repairman so I thought I'd get a second opinion from these guys. $100 later my fireplace was fixed and it's now been operating without fail for 3 winters. Airbenders won my loyalty that day and I've used them numerous times for my office building for all our a/c and plumbing needs. They are always quick to respond, extremely kind and professional, and extraordinarily fair and reasonable on pricing. It goes without saying that I highly recommend them.
Will got raked over the coals with airbenders heat and air. Had them come work on my air conditioning.they charged me $600 it was 8 lb of freon (nu22). two hours of labor, and a little bottle of leak stop. They charged me $35 per pound on the freon, you can get a 25 lb bottle for $250.00 that is $10 per pound so that is a up charge of 250%. Also at first they told me the stop leak was going to be $150 they charged me $80 for the leak stop you can get it on Amazon for $37.95 that's a up charge of 100%. And on top of that $100 an hour for 2 hours which the guy was cleaning his van out for almost an hour. If you add all that together he comes to $560 they charged me 600 where's my $40 at. Didn't say anything about the $40. I do not recommend airbenders heat and air because all they'll do is bend you over. These guys will look you straight in the eye and lie to you. now all the freon leaked out and I'm back to square one wasted $600 for nothing There are no real people anymore all these young people will screw you if they get a chance. Can you imagine what the next generation is going to be after these young people geez
These guys are the best in the world. We had a leak in one of our coils in our ac unit. It was leaking freeon and these guys came to the rescue on a Saturday!!! Thank you Chad and Kyle for being so nice and understanding of our situation. Your the best!!!
Called several companies to get quotes for a new central heat and air unit. Chad gave the lowest quote, with same equipment. Decided to go with him due to his knowledge and not pushing a sale. His team came to install and did a fantastic job. They were very professional, hard working, very respectful, and even took the time to teach me a few things. Chad just started this business, and I sure see him going big. I can’t thank him and his team enough for such a great job. Don’t waste your time looking for another company, as you found the right one here. Thanks Airbenders David
I have used Kyle and Chad from Airbenders on three different occasions. I wish I would have found them sooner. They are honest, professional, extremely competent and capable of working on much more that HVAC. The first two jobs, they saved me a lot of money repairing two different fireplaces. Other companies wanted to charge an arm and a leg to replace components that they were able to rebuild, saving me hundreds of dollars. For my HVAC, they went the extra mile and fixed issues that were installed incorrectly by one of their competitors. Don’t waste your time and money by going with someone else who will charge you more after they show up with upcharges and probably not fix the problem you called them for. Airbenders is my permanent HVAC, plumbing and fireplace instillation/repair/service team and I will be a customer for life. It is hard to find highly qualified technicians who care about quality and service. I highly recommend them.
