Received a call from my tenants that downstairs A/C won’t turn on… called Air Zone Experts- in Little Elm recommended by friends… in less than 5 min Cristina the best ever customer service/call taker assessed my problem and schedule the service next day first thing in the morning… and it was a Saturday! The specialist showed up promptly when promised,with a great attitude that gave me hope…no hidden service call fees, no extras, fair pricing , excellent service! If you need help like I did ,do not waist your time for a good spending of your money ;either if it’s for a necessary repair or yearly maintenance. Just try this nice family business! After noticing my Trane HVAC system was turning on and off rapidly I knew something was wrong. I quickly turned the system off and immediately contacted Air Zone Experts. They called me back within a few minutes, asked a couple of questions, and then scheduled a service call for the following morning. Arriving 10 minutes early on a Saturday morning, the technician promptly started triaging the issue and ruled out the most likely causes. Not finding the issue, they did not immediately give up and try to sell me a new system. Instead they diligently continued to dig deeper, troubleshooting each of the systems components all the way down to the individual wires to isolate the problem. Once the issue was know, having the part on the service truck it was quickly replaced and now my house is cool and comfortable again. For many years I was a regular customer of the area’s biggest HVAC companies, yet I never felt like I was a valued customer. That is not the case anymore knowing Air Zone Experts will go the extra mile. Most companies would have given up leaving us with the large unexpected expense of replacing our system, only because the technician did not have the knowledge or dedication to find that small little part causing all the issues. Thank you Air Zone Experts, you have made me a Customer for Life.
Its rare to meet someone like the owner Adrian. He is thorough, honest, and knowledgeable. He took the time to look over my system with me and explained everything he found that was wrong. I got lucky and didn't have anything major that needed to be addressed but in the future if i do this will be the first call i make.

We have been using Air Zone Experts for several years now. Adrian replaced our original HVAC system which builder installed which was faulty. Have continued annual maintenance with them because they are honest and reasonable and stand behind their work. I highly recommend this company.

Adrian was awesome. He arrived early, was very professional and was able to solve our problem quickly. Although our A/C system is quite old, he was able to repair inexpensively and didn't try to push us to purchase a new one. We will definitely be calling him again for any future needs!
Adrian came out when our air conditioning unit was only blowing a tiny bit of air in a hot Texas summer. After identifying the major driving issue, icing of the heat exchanger, he began working towards fixing all of the root issues that led to that. In addition to excellent knowledge of the system operation, he had effective fixes implemented quickly and was even available to follow up when I had additional questions after he left. Definitely would recommend!
Mr. Adrian was on time, very professional. Checked the AC system, made the diagnosed and repaired the issue. He was straight forward and he didn't try to find or add additional problems to the bill. My husband was the one who found him but he wasn't home when Mr. Adrian came. I told my husband, we have found the right man for the job and he will now be our go to business for any AC/Heat repair or maintenance.

Adrian arrived earlier than the original schedule time. I’m not complaining about him arriving early as it was already 100°F. He got to work right away and resolved my a/c issue very quickly. Early in the morning, was trying to get an AC repair company out to the house ASAP. Called two of the bigger players in my area. Left vmail with one, spoke to a person at another, who said she'd get back to me and let me know if they had an opening. Looked on Google, AZE is in my area and had good reviews. Left them a message. Got a call back from a very knowledgeable lady, who was able to give me a service window starting in less than an hour. Adrian arrived, found the problem immediately, fixed it, and I was very impressed with his approach of just fixing what was needed and not trying to sell me a brand new system. I'll be using AZE again, and they will be my first call. Good people. Thank you Adrian and the Ms.

If we could give more than 5 stars we would! The entire process was great! We discovered this company from the rave reviews they received on our neighborhood page. Adrian went above and beyond servicing our unit and was able to diagnose a problem we were having quickly. We have had this problem looked at by 2 other companies over the years with no resolution. Adrian had it resolved and fixed in our first visit! This is the only company we will be be calling for maintenance and repair.
