Untrustworthy, Dishonest, Pressured, shotty work, had others fix their work. Don't use ever!
Great customer service. Arrived on time and had problem diagnosed in just a few minutes. Very professional. Good fair price for the repair.
Horrible customer service called for a quote and they refused to let me get one without me agreeing to more items seemed weird I think this company should have a close look into buyers beware you’ve been warned
Referred by a friend. Called and talked to Bill, he said he can come at 9:00 am tomorrow. He arrived early checked out my unit(it wasn’t cooling the house and constantly running) he said it was leaking Freon. He found the leak, fixed it and good to go. Thanks Bill!
After having Silver State cooling tell me I need a new unit which would cost me $7,500, I had Air Wizards check it out and found it was low on freon. Wish there were more honest companies like Air Wizards.
I have been using Bill at Air Wizards for many years. His commitment to his growing business is reflected each time I’m unfortunate enough to have to call him. While on vacation this week I received a 5 am text from a tenant the AC was out :( At 6am I phoned and Bill answered and had our problem solved at 8am... This is Las Vegas I’ve never received AC service in the hottest season so quickly!! Air Wizard Bill is an awesome guy to know!! Thanks Bill for always getting me handled promptly and with integrity.. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone!!!
I live in a apt complex that has been using Air Wizard for a few yrs. Bill has always been prompt & professional resolving issues at hand.
Home AC not blowing cool air.. guy fixed it in 15 minutes. Says he recharged it (**not sure on this). That cost $425 cold cash. Not sure if the guy is honest but $425 for a 15minute job is just beyond belief. A couple of weeks later, AC has no cool air again. Just moved out of that apartment.
I called Air Wizards after another company told us we needed a new AC unit for our house. We called Air Wizards; Bill came out, took a few measurements, then looked in the attic and found that a duct wasn't attached properly. He fixed it on the spot and saved us several thousand dollars.
Scam artists new unit and doesn’t even work keeps saying he will get someone out but no one ever comes thanx a lot Air wizards waste of 9500 go ahead and report me as a false customer you guys are under federal investigation for fraud online and who knows what else I’ll provide proof but can u???
Poor service, careless employee, too expensive
My old outdated rooftop AC unit finally quit on me and it was time to replace the unit. After calling around I had quotes from several other contractors that were anywhere from $1500 to $2000 more expensive for installing the same equipment! Bill did a quick painless installation and had it up and going just in a couple hours. I saved a ton of money and couldn't be happier with the quick and professional service I received. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good honest HVAC work at a fair price
I found this company engages in deceptive advertising and are scam artists.
Unfortunately my AC went down and I found this company to come fix it. The technician which name was Bill. He was pleasant but something did not feel right about him. He has a $49 service fee which is waived if you choose his repair. He told me the blower motor was bad and that it would take $568 to fix it. Long story short he fixed it but the AC stopped working three days later. He was suppose to come back two days ago and fix it but still no show. Left couple voicemails..
Great customer service and quality work! Someone came out the same day we called and they explained everything to us and even worked with us to not install anything which was unnecessary saving us money and time. They worked quickly and everything they fixed works wonderfully now! The work done also looks very nice. We will definitely be using Air Wizards! again as well as referring to other people.

This company allows people to use stolen cards even if it's a male is using a females card and they don't bother to check id or ask any questions when a male is handing them a females card and no female is there.
Bill is probably the most fair and honest hvac contractor I’ve ever dealt with. Bill saved me thousands because he cares about saving clients money. He fixed my Ac Unit and all of my duct work that I thought needed to be repaired and correctly adjusted my Ac unit. He has shown up on weekends and helped me a few times on other issues.
This guy is a ripoff, try to over charge me for a capacitor, try to charge me $500 to change out a cap, i call his competitor they charge me only $155, next time dont go with this guy, he got bad review on other site too, check out his other review on other site.
