The owner of AirWaves came out on a weekend, at night, in the snow, and was still somehow the most polite and professional HVAC company I’ve had the pleasure of working with in this area. He was incredibly honest and it was obvious that he just wanted to provide quality service for his customers. 11 Stars. I’m adding an extra +6, cause I can. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Matthew and Shawn were professional and experts in doing this cleaning. They were on time, answered all my questions, and are all around an excellnt choice for any heating and air conditioning cleaning, repair or install.
Needed emergency help as my house is was cold. My furnace gave out on the coldest night of the year. They came late at night and worked hard to fix it. It is running again! I am thankful
Brian came by for a home humidifier estimate. He reviewed the 3 models and supporting info. When he saw furnace we found out we had a humidifier! We moved into the home a month ago and hadn’t seen any info regarding a humidifier. He was able to give us information for how to use, confirmed it worked, opened the damper and shared a bunch of helpful information. We will definitely use them for future needs & annual maintenance.

The installed my new HVAC System in November 2021. Very professional, and neat, and stayed until completed. Came back in spring to check out the AC installation and operation as it was too cold at time of installed. Came out today to do winter maintenance inspection Do to the temperature the Service Tech Sean was running late called and kept me informed. As long as I keep getting this type of Professional Service I will keep using them and would highly recommend them to everyone.

I highly, highly, recommend working with Air Waves. The owner and employees are very customer service oriented, highly knowledgeable, responsive, and reasonably priced to top it off. I had a humidifier installed in a very challenging spot, and they made it happen within a day of calling. I shopped around for many different options and am grateful I chose Air Waves.

Everyone I dealt with at Air Waves was professional and empathetic considering our AC went out during the hottest week of the summer. We had to wait for a part but that was understandable. We will use them again. Highly recommend them.
