OMG they were beyond excellent!!! I called Mark because I had seen many positive post about his company on Facebook. They arrived almost immediately and in a few hours were finished. Mark’s crew were respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. Mark even took time to stop by to check on me and the progress! I would definitely refer anyone to use him! I had used another company a few years back that took days and the repair crew didn’t seem to be be knowledgeable. I agree with another review he deserves 10 stars!!!! This is the go to company for any HVAC problem!!! Debbie
Our HVAC system died on Thursday and the Air Trust HVAC came out first thing Friday morning to troubleshoot and first thing Saturday morning to install a new system. So quick, so timely, and true professionals. Also, local to the Donelson area. Thanks again - highly recommend!
Yet another satisfied customer! Mark and his team are prompt, friendly, and easy to work with! My unit got taken out by a large limb and he was able to get me a quote and replacement very quickly.
Our heat was working intermittently. I called Monday evening to get on the schedule for Tuesday. Mark spent time on the phone guiding me through some possible solutions. Couldn’t get it working. Technician Rich was out early next morning and quickly identified the problem. System was up and running in no time. I really appreciate the service and would highly recommend them.
Mark and his team were super helpful and honest. We had a bad experience with another company and when I went looking for recommendations 15 people recommended Mark and I’m so happy they did. He let us know what was needed and what we could wait on getting done if we needed to and taught us how to take care of the hvac system. So helpful and was upfront about all pricing

We had an emergency situation. Mark and his team came out and helped us quickly with a new air/heat unit and duct repair. I am sure the price we were charged is much less than we would have gotten with anyone else.

worst company ever! Please do not use them. They will tell you that it can't be fix while other hvac companies have no problem fixing it . because it's easier for them to install a new product and make more money. Please avoid them at all cost! The owner uses social media so much that you heard them a lot on Facebook. Please avoid, you have been warned !
My A/C went out upstairs at my house, they had someone out within an hour and the problem was promptly fixed. No games, no gimmicks, no taking advantage of someone who knows absolutely nothing HVAC related. I will send anyone and everyone to them when they have HVAC needs
We had issues with a zone damper not opening properly, and AirTrust was always recommended online when we lived in Donelson. We had recently moved to Mt. Juliet, but I decided to call AirTrust anyway because of how often they are recommended. My experience with them was essentially a waste of time and money, as they did not properly diagnose or repair my problem, and a separate HVAC company did. At first they seemed weirded out that I was calling for a repair not in the Donelson area, despite their service area on their website showing as going beyond Lebanon and Hendersonville. I thought this was very strange. I was explicitly asked: "are you in Donelson?" and had to tell them no, but I'm 15 minutes up the road. Then the tech that came out didn't properly diagnose my damper issue at all, despite being their damper "expert". He didn't even go into the attic to check the actual dampers, just held his hands up to a register and said "it seems fine since its blowing cold air". After two additional nights in a row of our damper not opening (it didn't happen every day, but started happening more and more frequently), we called Lee Company instead to try and figure it out. Lee Company was able to diagnose and fix what AirTrust could not. AirTrust was on time and was professional, but I also had to pay them for a problem that they didn't fix or handle properly. Pretty disappointing, despite all the glowing reviews.
Mark went above and beyond to find where my HVAC was still under warranty. I had one company come out and said my unit was out of warranty despite the fact I told them when I purchased it and when the unit was installed. Mark at Air Trust was prompt and explained to me about what was going on with the unit. Ultimately I was able to replace old unit with new unit. He also shared how to register the unit so parts would be covered for 10 years. No one has ever told me about registering my HVAC. I highly recommend Air Trust HVAC!!!!
Our air conditioner unit stopped putting out cold air over the weekend. We called on Sunday morning and they were quick to get someone out to us and make a repair. We felt like it was a very good price for a weekend call. We will definitely use them again in the future.

They are extremely good at their job, customer service is excellent, and they charge fairly.

Very good company to deal with. They were out very quickly after being called and took care of our issue. Found that just a breaker had been shut off and didn’t try and find something that wasn’t an issue. I appreciate their honesty and the price for a maintenance call is very fair and reasonable. I will use AirTrust HVAC in the future and would recommend them to others.
