James and his crew are rock stars! Fast, responsive. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. We did a full HVAC replacement, and they showed up as scheduled and knocked the entire project out in less than 3-hours with a fair price on a great system . Would I recommend them, and do business again? 100% will recommend to family and friends. Thanks y’all!
James, Mike and crew are all amazing! They kept my 20+ year old A/Cs running for a few years until we were ready to replace them both. Their work is top-notch, their customer service is unbeatable and, even though A/Cs aren't cheap, they are reasonably priced. I will never use anyone else!
First it’s 104 and our air goes out. After the run around with the home warranty company who ended up finding a way not to cover it. Trane, the manufacturer gave me their number. You know these guys are buried right now and James came out within 3 hours, “I’ll just hit you up on my way home!” Fixed our unit and we are back up and running. Side note, I had called a different company and the guy had tried to charge me a premium and I know would have taken advantage of the situation.
James and the team at Air Trends are phenomenal. I had been working with another good company but they were struggling in getting parts to work for my unique layout. James came by at a moments notice, assessed the situation and presented a fair and competitive bid. He was able to get the condenser and evaporator coil that I needed where others couldn't (in all fairness it is a difficult time for anyone to get supplies). He and his team came out on time and did the install in a VERY professional manner. They took the time to lay down carpet protectors and left the house just as it was before coming (except the whole house 'sauna' was removed ;) The new AC unit is running great and you can see the quality of their experience in the installed product. If you want a team you can rely on - and trust - see James and the Air Trends team.

Great customer service. Answered phone each time we called. Arrived right on schedule and made an accurate/correct and almost immediate diagnosis, Pricing was fair and competitive. Very neat, efficient and orderly. Air Trends was recommended to us and we also highly recommend this organization to others.

James and his crew made this a painless process from beginning to end. He took the extra time to analyze the existing 21-year old unit and 44-year old ductwork and suggest different options and budgets for improving the overall performance. Zero oversell, and his quote was very competitive. Scheduling and communication was excellent as we had to accommodate interruptions in my schedule as well as his. On the designated day the crew showed up on time, did a great job, were careful not to damage anything and were done in less time than they had estimated. Very satisfied with the work and I am confident that if there are any issues when the weather gets hot again and we really get to test it that they will be addressed. Courteous, professional and efficient!
They are the best company out of the 5 that I have had come out. Simple explanation and our AC is working better than ever. If you are like me then you wonder if you are getting gouged on HVAC work but I never felt that way with James or his company. I highly recommend them for any issues you have an d we will be using them for all issues. Trust goes a long way, thank you James.

The work the technician did was of a horrible quality while charging a premium price. The system we had installed was done cheaply with corners cut in its work. Old tubing and insulation was used that lead to low cooling performance and a failure in the line that leaked out all of the refrigerant.
They were very quick and clean installing our new A/C system. Very informative, guided me through the different system options not just the most expensive. Would use them again.
James from Air Trends is very professional, very knowledgeable and very nice. I am totally impressed how quick he finds any issue with my HVAC system. I used James a few times for my HVAC system, and every time the service was exceptional. I will be using James exclusively for my HVAC system, as long as I live in this area. A buddy and I have both used Air Trends A/C after refusing to use the expensive home warranty option. These guys are very fair on pricing and are Honest, which is hard to find these days. I will only be using this company from hear on out!
James was very accommodating with our schedule, knowledgeable about his products and services, and just a genuine good person to deal with for a project of this nature. He was able to mobilize his crew and complete the job within 6 hours and at no point did I feel like they took any short cuts. Their price was fantastic for the quality of service. I highly recommend this company and James in particular for any AC work you might need.
This review is for a complete A/C and heater replacement. James, the owner of Air Trends, is one of the most personable contractors I have met. He sat down with me for at least thirty minutes, explaining everything he would be doing with the installation, and the reasons for doing so. He never once acted like he just wanted my money, but instead, treated me like I was the most important customer he had for that day. I had several companies give me quotes for a full A/C replacement, all of them on the exact same Trane system that I had identified as the A/C that I wanted, and Air Trends was considerately more in line with what I expected to pay for this system, based on my research. I would highly recommend this company for any hvac related service.
Air Trends is head of the class in knowledge and customer service. They are honest, reasonably priced, and customer service is second to none. Had a complete dual system, AC and furnace, replaced and I did my homework by talking to six contractors and getting competitive bids. Next time I will just go to Air Trends.
