Great experience. Honest and upfront with what the problem actually is and didn't try to pressure us to spend unnecessary money on a old unit for quick fixes unlike other companies have. Came out same day, Saturday at 8pm. I'll definitely be calling Mark back for future problems.

Mark Tolentino is an HVAC trade professional. We had an older unit constantly going out and costing us a lot of money over the last few years to get repaired. I called 3 companies for a consultation on a new system and was very impressed with Marks knowledge and experience and he was evenly priced. Our AC stopped blowing cold air one hot, summer afternoon and I called Mark from Air T. He scheduled me for the very next day and showed up on the dot. I told him the problem, he inspected the units and was able to identify the problem within 15 minutes. He was courteous, professional, diligent and knowledgeable. He gave me a fair price and I'd use him again in an instant.
Was happy to have Air Tolentino arrive after 2 days without A/C. I was given do and don't pointers to help me out with future maintenance of my A/C. I will use Air Tolentino exclusively in the future, whether A/C or Heating. ☮️

I used Air Tolentino over the summer after being quoted from another company almost $16k (they wanted a full replacement of inside and outside equipment even though the units were only a few years old). Air Tolentino replaced a motor that was still in warranty saving me loads of money. Maintenance tips were also given to make sure my a.c. runs properly for longer. Definitely glad I called Air Tolentino!
