They installed an HVAC system for us in 2019 every time we call them if we have a problem they are prompt and courteous we called them today 5/6/2023 and they responded very quickly. They are a 10 plus.
Everyone from the beginning to the end of my process was very knowledgeable and professional. The guys made sure they covered my floors, and they also cleaned up behind themselves. The price for my new system was reasonable and they also have a finance department. You have a great team 👍🏼.
Words can’t describe the kindness and generosity of this business. The owner is too good to be true and that ain’t no joke! Came over late and got us back on track. The tech, Gabriel, is super nice and is a walking HVAC tech manual in my opinion. This company deserves every dime they get! Will never use another service. I Love this company!!!
Air-to-air mechanical was amazing. they quoted us the price. gave us an out-of-box option. replaced our whole system in one day the next week. nice guys cleaned up their work. even if they ran in complications on the install,they were still able to do it and knew what to do. he definitely gave us a new HVAC system at a discounted rate. So cost effective. Tim and Gabe have integrity and do a good quality job. They communicated and kept us up-to-date on changes, models and what we need to know. We feel they definitely put the customer first. will recommend them to everybody. great work great company. call them for any of your HVAC needs. We're so glad we did!!
Had another company look at my AC unit which had stopped working. The company came back with a high estimate for repair. Called Air to Air at the recommendation of a friend and explained my issue. Air to Air had a tech at my house the next day and it was fixed in 45 minutes. The cost of repair was half of the other company’s estimate. Thanks again Air to Air
Over a month ago we purchased 2 units from Air to Air and have been very pleased with its performance. Tim was very honest, fair and spent a lot of time answering all my questions in guiding me toward choosing the best units for my home at a very good price. I would highly recommend using Air to Air to others.

Tim and his team were wonderful to work with from the initial service call to the installation of our new unit! Tim responded to our service request within minutes using their online booking system. His technician came on time and even let me know 30 minutes ahead of time he was on his way. Unfortunately, our unit needed to be replaced. Tim offered us a wide range of options with details about each unit, total cost, warranty, etc. He even spent half an hour on the phone with us answering questions and sharing his wealth of knowledge about AC units. We chose a "scratch and dent" Trane unit. It was reasonably priced for what we needed in an AC unit and came with a parts and labor warranty. After we made our decision, Tim scheduled our installation service. His technicians came half an hour early and finished the job in about 3 hours. They were professional, efficient, and even showed me how to use the new thermostat. We appreciated the great customer service and quick response to our needs!

I would highly recommend Air to Air Mechanical. They are truly, in my opinion the best HVAC company in the Metroplex. Very knowledgeable and very competitively priced on their service work as well as the equipment pricing. Tim and his crew are the only HVAC company I would ever recommend.

My electric bills were high and it seemed like my old ac was running constantly. I called Tim to look at it. He recommended replacement and fixed me up with a better unit. The service was fast and reasonable. The best part is that my electric bills dropped to more than half of what they had been before. I highly recommend this company if you want honesty and great service at a low price.
This company is awful. The misplaced drain pan they installed ruined 2 floors of the home I was about to buy. They promised to make it right, Tim promised to make it right. He didn't. My AC unit is still broken, and Tim wants me to call another company. He's small time, and he took on a job that he couldn't handle. Avoid.
They’ve helped us two different times (one repair and one new install). They’re not only good at what they do but honest, responsive, and the best prices around. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else in the area over them.
