Derick is unprofessional, a drunk, and has terrible work ethic. I called about his furnace tune-up special and had the hardest time actually getting him to come out to my house, as he was in and out of jail. A quick google search of his name (Derick Debord) comes up with multiple articles for infractions for operating while impaired and domestic violence! Do not trust this man or the scam of a business that he claims to run!!
They were very professional and experienced in heating cooling & electrical. On time clean, and respectful. But most of all the job was done right on time with zero issues. I was completely satisfied with Airtight heating and cooling. Would recommend them to everyone!

Very disappointed in this company. I have a warranty insurance and Air tight Heating and Cooling was assigned to fix the airconditioner in my house. I also called and left the message about th he appointment. The technician claimed he never recieved information about the appointment. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. Would not recommend it is services. If the business cant keep up with scheduled appointments how you can trust their professionalism?
