Had major issues with our new AC that air temp control installed. Warranty paid for part and Dennis and Chris worked with me for the labor cost. I’m only on SS and could not afford it. However they were wonderful. Highly recommend them for their friendliness. Honesty. Integrity.
These guys have done work for me a few times as well as my brother. They are reasonable, honest, and their pricing is fair. I will continue to use them and have been pleased with their work.
I can't say enough great things about Dennis and his team! When we purchased our forever home we knew we'd need to replace the furnace and AC unit. When our first winter hit and the furnace went out on us we realized it would be sooner rather than later. We patched it up and started looking for a trustworthy HVAC company. After getting the run around from several companies I finally got connected to Dennis. He had someone out the next day to get everything up and running. We decided to get a quote from him (and several others) for the replacement. Dennis came out and looked at everything, walked us through what we had, and listened to us explain our needs. He sent us quotes based on what we'd talked about and followed up to see if we had questions. He was very patient with us as we had to get some tax stuff settled before we could get going and never made us feel pushed or like he was selling us more than we needed. Of all the quotes we got he was reasonable and very competitive. Once we decided to get going his team was out within 2 days and worked each day tirelessly. They made sure we were never without heat as we replaced our 1961 duct work too (during a cold snap of course). His team, especially Jeff and Chris, answered all our questions and took extra time to be sure we wouldn't be cold during the process. And when we needed some adjustment of air flow as the new system settled in they came out the next day and got it all resolved! I can't say enough good things about them and love that we have a local company with down to earth and great people we can trust! If you're in need of any HVAC work I can't recommend them enough. I tend to be very cautious when beginning a big project like this and I felt comfortable the whole time and am very happy with the choice we made of Air Temp Control!
My air conditioner stopped working Monday night. I called Dennis Tuesday morning and left him a message. I had a call back in less than an hour and they were at my house that afternoon. They were so professional and very affordable. They had me all fixed up and running like new in no time. If you have any need for HVAC I would definitely give Air Temp Control a call.
