I had a wonderful experience with a heating contractor company. Their team of heating experts was extremely knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of heating systems. They promptly responded to my service request and efficiently diagnosed and repaired the issue with my heating unit.
If I could give no stars, I absolutely would. Got my service fee to do absolutely nothing. They checked out my unit, but never came back to resolve the issue. Ignored my phone calls and voicemails. Completely unprofessional. Waste of time and money
A lifesaver! The team at this HVAC repair company had my back when my furnace decided to call it quits on the coldest night of the year. Not only were they quick to respond, but they were also friendly and kept me in the loop throughout the repair process. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of HVAC repairs. We used this service on 6/8/22 via American Home Shield. The tech came out supposedly fixed a/c unit but it still did not cool the house. They had to come back out reassess the unit and repair further and gave the “all good”. Here we are on 9/14/22 and the unit is not operating. Had another tech from another company come out and they said the repair wasn’t fixed and that I now need a new Evaporator Coil which will cost me over $3K. I wish the Air Technical tech had done a better assessment the first time. Might not have cost me so much money.

I was assigned this company through our home warranty (American Home Shield). Spoke with a woman from Air Technical mid day yesterday and was assigned a 1pm-5pm arrival window for today 08/03- Called multiple times throughout the day today to double check and confirm arrival times since its 105 degrees outside and I want my AC fixed ASAP. After a few unanswered calls and no returned messages -what a shock- they did not show up. Now I am calling around to other companies and having to pay after hour fees due to it now being after 5pm AKA an after hour call. What piss poor professionalism, communication, and behavior from this company. If you actually want a company that will show up and perform the service you paid for, I would recommend looking elsewhere because Air Technical is clearly not interested in performing the services that they offer.
Sometimes basic good service is not that notable. But, when something goes bad and you are taking care of, that deserves attention. Basically our brand new A/C system had some basic issues with condensation and draining, to a point that we had water dripping from our ceiling. But, Air Technical and the contractors that put the system in took care of us and fixed the issues with the a/c system. Also, the contractors took care of the water damage as well. Just like nothing never happened. Use these people. Even if something does happen, at least you know that you are protected.
If I could rate a negative I would! Steer clear of this company! The were assigned to us from our home warranty company. Came out, diagnosed “the problem”, said they’d be back the following week. Canceled and said they’d be out the following week. Came out, made “the repair”,over charged for 7 pounds of Freon and 2 days later the house wasn’t cooling again. After many calls, they made an appt to come next week and then today our home warranty says they can’t get to us for 2 weeks. Meanwhile, the house is a cool 87 degrees. I will do my best to make sure that people know what a sham this company is!
If I could give 0 stars I would. This company over charged us and our AC broke again 3 weeks later. We found out they used refurbished parts and duct taped our wires. They also never got the permit that was required for the service. They cut corners and it showed.

This company knows what they're doing! I was have a lot of issues with the home warranty company and after a while (when the home warranty wouldn't help me at all anymore(my 4 year old was throwingup from heat exhaustion)) Air Technical took it upon themselves to make sure we were taken care of. If you need your HVAC repaired, Air Technical is definitely who you want to go with. THANK YOU GUYS!!!
Only review i can give is they will cancel on you in a heartbeat and be extremely rude about it. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend at all. Had a great company show up and take care of my family.
They found parts for us and did the installation in two days flat! The home warranty people took a month and still didn't provide parts. The experts at Air Technical did a phenomenal job!
This company is extremely helpful. The owner, Josh Keith, is very friendly and knows his business, plus very fair pricing. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC problems and repairs.
Warranty like the other review, and similar issues. I think we are on call back 7 now? Repetitive trips, disrespectful employees, clearly inexperienced workers, I watched the install techs damage new equipment, no respect for our property, and no masks. In my opinion, avoid at all costs. First it was the outside unit, then it was the inside unit. One tech says everything is fine, then another says X is broken, then it turns out to be Y a few weeks later. It should not take months for an AC company to fix an AC. We are seeking another company to figure out what they missed.
Excellent service. Was able to have unit serviced in less than one day. Tech arrived on time and was very professional and thorough. Answered our questions and gave suggestions on how we can better care for our unit. This was the second time we have used this business - first was to correct a previous companies sloppy work. Happy Customers and will continue to use Air Technical.
Josh and Jonah came out and quickly cleared the plugged line in my air conditioning and they were very professional. I would definitely recommend this company!
