Our AC went out when it was 100+degrees. After calling Air Tech Solutions, Louis came out to diagnose our issue. Our system was 15 years old and im bad shape. He came out the very next day and replaced our entire AC system. We were only without AC for one day. In extreme heat like this that was a godsend since we Wfh. Highly recommend this company. Very thorough, extremely efficient, and delivered on every promise. Can't say enough good things about Louis and his staff!!
Louis is a true professional and one of the hardest working people I have met. I had all sorts of things happen with my HVAC system in my house , previous vendors really did a number on it. Louis took care of things, even the heater in June in TX as I had to get it repaired for a home sale. Louis was always nice and willing to help. He cannot be in multiple places at one time yet- if he could he would- so sometimes it takes a bit, but he will get to you and he will give you his time. Him and he team work their tails off and I am most grateful to them. They have my business in the new house when it's time for HVAC assistance for sure.
Louis goes above and beyond to take care of all of our a/c systems! He's the most knowledgeable a/c tech I've ever encountered! Ontop of that, he's honest, professional, and all his work is done the "right" way! In my experience, all of the above qualities are very difficult to find these days, and you just can't go wrong with Louis at Air Tech Solutions!
Be aware of this contractor. I have honored them three contracts (4 AC systems). The crew is very unprofessional. In one contract they mistook the main drain pipe with the auxiliary one. Because of that, the AC drip pan is filled with water. I had to call them to redo the work. In another contract, it was even worse: 1) They sit the furnace unit on the drip pan, if the drip pan has water, the furnace will be submerged. 2) They installed the shut-off sensor on the main drain, which yield the auxiliary drain useless. 3) They didn't bother to get the old furnace off my attic after they replaced it with a new one. They just left it in the attic! I called them multiple times, both the owner's cell phone and the office number. I left voicemail. I send them email with pictures (3 times in a month). I never got any response. As the old saying - "Your AC system is as good as the installation". Ask around and read more reviews.
I have been using a big Denton AC/Plumbing Company for years because I believe they are very honest. Still do. I've got no problem with them. Thing is, when it came time to replace a coil under warranty, they quoted me quite a bit for labor. My wife had used Air Tech Solutions (Louis Gilbreath) in the past at her mother's house in Lewisville, and recommended Louis/Airtech. I was skeptical, but Louis and his assistant showed up promptly, and most importantly, they quoted LESS THAN HALF what the big Denton company was going to charge me. On top of that, Louis and his assistant were very professional, friendly, and courteous. They worked hard for several hours non stop. Also, the particular coil for my AC is no longer made, but Louis found a suitable replacement and actually BUILT an enclosure (or something.. heck I don't understand much about AC) for it in order for it to work with my aging AC unit. Long story short, not only was this company very competitive, pricing wise, but the owner is a stand up guy all the way. We called/emailed him several times with various questions and he was honest, prompt, and dependable! Finally, he emailed the invoice along with detailed information and pictures of the work he did, which is very helpful and convenient as I was able to pay online. So..We are no longer going to use the BIG Denton AC Company for any of our AC needs and will be calling Airtech Solutions from here on out, including for standard periodic maintenance. Highly recommended!!!

Great Company! Louis and Air tech Solutions came highly recommended and did not disappoint! Knowledgeable, Honest, professional, and fair priced service with a smile! They recently installed two new complete HVAC systems in my home and knocked it out of park! Every time I change my thermostat setting I smile and think of air tech solutions! Suffer no more, comfort is only one call away! I tried to give ten stars but google tops out at five!!!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Listened to what we needed, suggested the right system and filter and was priced right! Quick response time and very courteous. I am also cancelling my current semi annual service provider and moving to Air Tech Solutions.
So glad my neighbor referred me to Air Tech Solutions to resolve my AC issues. I called on Sunday when they were closed. I got a call the following morning and they had someone out in an hour. The Tech David was so thorough and took the time to check out everything on my outside AC unit (where the problem was). I didn't get any sales pitch like with most companies. Oh and they are reasonably priced too, just another bonus. The service provided was top notch.

Louis came out to evaluate my units and get them ready for running all summer. He explained everything he was evaluating and what he expected to see. We had some parts in the attic units that needed to be replaced. The small replacements saved what could've been much more expensive repairs later on. I'm thankful for Louis' honesty and integrity. He wasn't going to wait to get a bigger job he knew would be eventually coming. I appreciate that and will be calling again.
I had contacted Air Tech Solutions to get an evaporator coil replacement. I got the quote from the owner Holly and her partner Louis came to my home to inspect the system and confirm the problem and the solution suggested. He promised the job will be attended to within 24 hours and he was there promptly the next day with the evaporator coil. it took him two hours working non stop to complete the job and he executed with exact precision casually as a well experienced tech who knew his job so well. It is hardly two days but I feel comfortable and confident of the execution, I am writing this review today !!! This is a class company with great leadership managed by Holly and Louis. Their service is great.
Louis is great and knows his stuff. There was a sensor element on the condensate drain that seemed to cause the drain to back up so I took it off. Everything was ok until I moved the sensor again and the AC quite working. Louis came out and spotted the issue immediately. He proceeded to clear the drain w/compressed air and everything is working great. Thanks again Louis and Air Tech!!!! -
Louis sent people out who could not do the job and because he was double stacked did not come to help them I HAVE HAD THEM OUT MULTIPLE TIMES AND STILL NOT FIXED ON A BRAND NEW UNIT HAD TO HAVE ANOTHER SERVICE COME OUT A WIRE RIGHT
Louis Gilbreath is one of the most knowlegeable, professional, competent, honest, fair, forthright and personable professionals with whom I have had the pleasure of dealing in any profession. Once you deal with Louis you will not want to work with anyone else when you need Air Conditioning/Heating work; he is simply that good. Louis deserves a 10 star rating. Louis came out the day I called after Christmas for a broken heater. Was a quick fix and he maintained my other heater as well. Fair price and very honest service.
Exceptional service. Great price, too. Who would have thought that we'd still need the AC in mid-December.
