Wonderful experience! Needed to install a new unit immediately as the old one was leaking and causing damage to the ceiling. The team at Air Support was very patient, professional, responsive, and polite. Their prices are very fair and competitive and they offer exceptional discounts. We had at least 6 other companies give us quotes, many of which had inflated prices and wanted to push for unnecessary additions. I will definitely use them for any future repairs 👍
Jeff was super professional and sweet! He arrive early which was amazing and was honest and upfront about our AC issues. My husband and I were scared we would have to pay thousands of dollars, and it was a quick and easy fix that Jeff finished in 15 minutes and it wasn’t expensive at all! We definitely have our new AC guy. Thank you so much!!!
Jeff is a great honest man, and because of that we will be using his company to install a new A/C unit and duct work on our house. I highly recommend Air Support for all of your HVAC needs.
Jeff did an excellent job of installing new air conditioning ducts in my home. He returned twice to balance the air-flow, so that i had the perfect temperature in each room in my home. I found him to be an artisan, who came to me with 3D computer-generated models of my attic, showing me in detail exactly what he was planning to do (and ultimately did). He was the only contractor I interviewed who came close to this level of detail and professionalism.

Jeff called to say he could come earlier for my appointment. I appreciated the offer and accepted. Jeff and his team were quick, clean and efficient. They checked my AC unit which has been running since 2006. They found all was good except one small problem. They had the part, and replaced quickly. The cost was reasonable with no "trip" charge. Considering the price of fuel, that was very generous. I would use Air Support again and refer as a good business to put on your list. Check them out. Also have a BBB listing. PS/ I have a home warranty but decided using Air Support a better outcome.
Air Support replaced our HVAC system. Did an excellent job. It works great, is quieter and more comfortable. Jeff rebalanced the duck work for better air delivery to the back of the house. We highly recommend Air Support Heating and Cooling. A great Value!
Jeff was a great guy. Very personable and informed us of repairs needed without the upsell. He got us up and running pronto. We are appreciative of this gentlemen's honesty and professionalism. He is our permanent A/C and Heating guy from now on. We highly recommend! Thanks again Jeff.

Arrived on time and very kind. Offered to come back free of charge if our recurring problem happens again after their visit, and went above and beyond in an attempt to find out why our rooms were always so stuffy (possible insulation issue that the technician pointed out). Thanks for helping us out!
We were very impressed with the customer service. Our request for an estimate was done promptly. They always arrived on time and informed us of their arrival. Very knowledgeable. Excellent quality work and cleaned area well upon completion. They listen to what you would like and made it happen. We were very happy and will definitely use them again and refer others.

Even though needing to have an new AC unit installed is not a fun thing to have done, the team at Air Support was 1st class all the way. On time, worked hard and did anything that was needed to ensure we were happy. I highly recommend this company.
