My air conditioner unit is older and quit working. I am a single mother and needed someone/company who is honest, reliable and does great work. Joe the owner came out promptly and was quick to diagnosed the problem and did a stellar job in repairing it. When I purchase a new system it will be from them and I will definitely be using Joe for all my air conditioning and heating needs. I am so grateful to have found this company and highly recommended them.

After being ghosted by 2 "reputable" companies, I am glad that we found Air Support. They replied promptly to my service inquiry and showed up on time the day scheduled. Once on site, Joe explained the maintenance to be done, he also looked at the whole system after I asked him to give us his opinion on the cooling issues on the second floor. On a second visit, he installed high flow supply registers, and asked us to check how it helped, and let him know, instead of upselling some service/work we may not need. This is honesty from a provider: not pushing something that the customer does not need, but may not know. Thank you Joe and Air Support for you help.
We had numerous issues with multiple HVAC units at our location which our previous vendor said needed replacing. Air Support came in, reviewed the units and saved us a great amount of money by being able to repair them and get them back up and running. I very highly recommend their services

My A/C unit unfortunately stopped blowing cold air this one recent hot summer August day when I googled HVAC services and stumbled upon Air Support (Heating & Cooling). I contacted them and immediately got on their schedule for a diagnostic of my A/C system. Glad to say that I made the right choice going with them. From their customer service to their technician servicing my A/C, it was exceptional throughout the whole process. Joseph (a fellow military veteran and owner) was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He ran a quick diagnostic and identified the issue immediately. My A/C was back on blowing cold air in no time thanks to him, and he made some recommendations to ensure I keep my unit running as intended. I highly recommend Air Support to anyone needing any kind of HVAC service.

Our large Printroom with several production digital printers had an A/C that kept going out and never really cooled down the whole room. Joe from Air Support came in and showed us how the Supply and Return registers were not set up correctly in our drop ceiling. Re-routing ducting and moving registers around to different spots in the room, there is much better airflow and the room is 9 degrees cooler(from 81 to 72) and stays that way even when all the printers are running!
Joseph is an ethical, intelligent, professional and thorough contractor. He installed my A/C system and corrected problems from another HVAC contractor who installed my furnace. He performed annual maintenance on my system and answered all of my questions. I would not hesitate to recommend him or hire him again for future projects.

Joe is awesome! My a/c wasn't producing cold air. Joe came out on a Saturday and got my unit back up and going. We are in a heat wave and I'm in East County and this wonderful guy came out on his weekend. I can't thank him enough! Definitely would recommend this company! FABULOUS customer service!!!
