We recently had this company out to replace our water heater and our HVAC systems. They were quick to respond, quick to get out to make the replacements and we're fun to work with. I'm super confident with a job that they did. The prices were very reasonable compared to other quotes that I had received. They earned brownie points by saving the boxes for my son to make a fort and petting my very nosey cat when coming and going.
They took good care of us and had the job done on time. Nate and John were knowledgeable and friendly. Keep up the good work!
We have a grease plug up in our kitchen sink line. Plumber didn't have a snake that could reach it, so he tried to do something in the basement that was unsuccessful then he was in the attic then on the roof. He wanted to pressurize our lines for grease build up apparently. I called my husband and he said absolutely not..he will blow up the lines if he puts pressure to it. we have had a grease plug up before and we have conqured it with a snake, but my husband was busy with work so I figured I would just call someone so he wouldn't have to deal with it. Unfortunately we are still plugged up and my house is trashed from moving everything out of his way. However he still charged me $85.00 for coming here. I'm somewhat disappointed. He was very timely on getting here so that's the good part. But was unsuccessful at conquering a grease build up.

Great service. They said they would get to me Wednesday. They couldn't make it but they called to let me know. Arrived first thing Thursday morning. Nate was very professional and friendly.

Company provided by Home Advisor, contact was not immediate but that may have just been passthrough time between Home Advisor and the Air-Stream Plumbing. Once contact was made they were very quick, in fact they routed a tech who finished early on a previous job straight to me. Great guy, through, willing, candid. Took my info, including payment info and stated they'd (company) would be in touch. Waited couple of days, nothing, called no answer, left message(s), no returns, send an email so as to have a documented record if needed, no replies. Since I was never charged for the inspection, I consider the matter closed. Unprofessional YES, if they couldn't handle the work, we're afraid of it, or just didn't want the job, fine, but at least reply with reason, finish the negotiations at least, don't just leave someone hanging. Hope their work isn't the same - start the job and then abruptly disappear. P.S. ended up doing the work myself
They came to fix my air conditioner, we're on time, diagnostics was quick, had the parts with them to fix the job and a very reasonable price.
They were awesome he made us the first call in the morning and was able to ruleout a number of items. He only had so much time to work on it though since he had to get to another job. He did give us what could be causing our problem and we tried it after we got home and it worked.
John and his team have been great to work with. Twice now I have used them. First was to replace a water heater and secondly when my a/c unit went out. Easy to work with and Nate was great to work with for both my water heater replacement and fixing my a/c unit after waiting two weeks from another company.

My husband and I are 100% impressed with the quality of work Jacob , from Air-Stream did in repairing our vintage 1935 toilets, tub, drain, and sink! We let go of the previous plumber from a "Handy-man" company, because they said our toilets could not be fixed and that we needed to REPLACE the vintage toilets with new toilets. Our Old Orchard home has original lights and plumbing from 1935. Part of the charm that our neighborhood loves about our homes in this area, is the superb quality in which the homes were built, including the matching toilets, sinks and tubs. The toilet bowl and basin were not cracked or leaking. Removing the $700-$800.00 matching vintage toilet to replace with a new $100-$200.00 toilet (because it was not fully flushing) was NOT what I wanted. I just wanted the insides of the toilet replaced and fixed. We hired Air-Stream next. Jacob from Air-Stream removed and replaced only the insides of our toilet and we were able to KEEP THE VINTAGE TOILET! I highly recommend Air-Steam for plumbing 100%! I am so impressed with their work, that I have hired them to come back to service our boiler system!

Air Stream Plumbing & Heating eventually solved my A/C problems. My primary complaint was having to call several times without returned calls. The repair went through a home warranty process (First American), the install took 1 day to complete, however 40 days for equipment to arrive - 7 days of which was due to Air-Stream not submitting a work order.
What a time for our air conditioner to go out....high 90's with heat index in the 100's...spoke to John this morning and didn't expect to hear from them for at least a day or so. To my wonderful surprise...received phone call before 10:00 a.m. and was told they'd be out in a hour or so. It was less than that....air conditioner is fixed...my husband is no longer afraid to be in the same 🏠 with me......(i just don't handle heat and humidity well at all). Thank you Air Stream plumbing and heating.... we're extremely happy with the service we received.
My home warranty referred me to this “company” said they would call me 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know they were there and all he could tell me for a time was sometime after 3. I had my stepmom come over at 3 to await their arrival... it was 4:30 and I hadn’t heard from them so I called where he tried to tell me they were there at 3:15 and left a note on the door and no one answered. Well my stepmom had been at my house waiting on them since before 3pm and no one ever knocked and there was no note there. When I explained that to the person on the phone he said they were sure they were there and then when I asked why I wasn’t called he said he dialed the wrong number and said oh well it wasn’t his problem and hung up on me to address another customer. Denied any effort to make it right with me and tried blaming me for everything. It’s a Friday and now I won’t have any hot water until maybe at the earliest Monday. The fact that he tried to say they were there when they clearly weren’t says a lot about the type of business they run. There was no note anywhere and the guy I talked to on the phone couldn’t describe my house or provide any real evidence he was ever there.
We have a plumbing emergency - no water. So, I contacted Air-Stream Plumbing and Heating and they sent someone to fix the problem. Ryan W. arrived on time and was able to immediately fix the problem. I thought the difficult repair would cost $400+ or more. To my amazement the repair only cost $107. Ryan W. was truly amazing with his plumbing skill and work ethics. Ryan took special care to completely clean up the work area upon completion. We showed Ryan future work we have planned in our basement and we would like him to complete the custom upgrade. Air-Stream Plumbing is a rare find with integrity, skill and trust worthiness.
