Sam help me 6 years ago and put him in my Favorites because he was so amazing and honest - I suggest you do the same! My new home had an issue with AC and he was the 1st person I called. He picked up right away and was able to come later in the day, ahead of schedule! He's really good people and cares about his customers. He's made a personal impact on me and I very much appreciate all his efforts! I wouldn't go with anybody else.
Sam is THE BEST! We have used Sam and Air Specialists for 10+ years - helped gain a couple years out of our old system, then replaced both. Had an issue today, called Sam and he was out in a few hours, diagnosed and fixed the issue (failed pump on condensation line) same day. From day one, Sam's service, expertise and quality has always been top notch. Can't say enough good things.

Sam returned my late PM call immediately and was at my house in minutes. He quickly assessed the issue, gave me options to address it and then replaced the broken part. He was polite and patient, letting me ask all the questions I wanted. He was even friendly to my dog, which definitely isn’t required. These guys are wonderful! Guided me through the process of how to better care for my unit and when it could potentially need service. I called Friday and they were here Sat! I would hands down recommend them to anyone looking for an honest group that did great work. My unit went from taking 3 hours to cool the house to 20 minutes.
Sam is the best in the business. He has been my go to technician for years on multiple different properties. He is extremely responsive and most important, he is honest, which is very rare to find these days.
Sam has been a lifesaver to me!! I have used him several times, at my previous and current house. Other companies have come in and wanted to replace my system, but Sam can do anything to fix what needs to be fixed. I never worry that he is not being truthful. Very honest, very trustworthy. You will not be disappointed!!
We had three supposed A/C Cooling experts work on the dual heating a/c units to simply get the heat to work properly. After replacing multiple thermostats, switches, and circuit boards, the problem was not only not fixed, but both A/C units which previously worked fine were not working after they replaced both thermostats. The workers insisted that what was needed was a complete replacement unit costing betweem $4k to $5k. To try to make a long story short, SAM fixed and saved everything. The other guys came several times and spent hours working on the problems. Sam identified the possible problem very quickly as a faulty regulator which the previous supposed experts didn't even mention....and once Sam replaced that the heat was working properly for the first time. Then he replaced and setup both thermostats properly and now the A/c works also. So basically the previous guys switches, boards and thermostats were all either not needed or installed incorrectly. Sam is the coolest, smartest, down to earth and most professional Heating and Cooling specialist around and will be my only choice in the future and he should be yours too. Thank U VERY MUCH SAM !!!

Fantastic service. Diagnosed and fixed a problem that two other techs at different companies couldn’t figure out. Super responsive. Now my “GoTo” for any issues with the furnace/ac.
Sam was extremely helpful! He was very prompt in responding to us and came out the same day. After he left the A/C unit had a different problem and he came out again that night at 10:30pm to fix the problem for good, free of charge. We couldn’t thank Sam enough - we highly recommend working with this company!
Hands down the best a/c repair experience I've ever had. Saturday afternoon on Labor Day weekend and my a/c goes out. Had visions of having to wait till at least Tuesday before getting anyone here. Ran across Air Specialist and Sam. He was here within two hours of contacting him and got my system back up and running. Pointed out an issue that would continue to cause me problems if it was not addressed and fixed that without additional charge. Not enough superlatives to describe Sam and his professionalism. Don't waste time searching all over the place, just call Sam and enjoy confidence that your problem will be addressed quickly and professionally.
I have seen a lot of reviews about Sam in particular. Let me tell you, every single one of those reviews are accurate. I called him in the middle of the night and he was able to help me troubleshoot the problems I was having with my A/C unit. My unit was cooling the downstairs with no problem, but the upstairs was 6 degrees hotter than set temperature. Sam suggested that one of my dampers in the air ducts was shut, and sure enough, he was correct. I would be a hot mess in the morning if it wasn’t for him. Very knowledgeable individual who is quick to give suggestions based on the information you give him on your HVAC problems. Would highly recommend to anyone who is in need of an A/C repair.
