I am extremely pleased with the service. I quickly received a call to set up my appointment for the following morning. He was on time and was very professional. My a/c is fixed before this 98 degree weather rolls in. I am very pleased.

Just met Phillip today. He was very professional and thorough when servicing my HVAC. We signed up for the 3 year plan...I personally think it's a good idea, and definitely a great value at $11/month considering everything that is included. I definitely recommend.
I have old units and wanted a professional to give them a "once over". Philip was responsive, arrived on time, and was extremely thorough in his examination of both units. When he saw a problem he discussed and explained what he saw, as well as his recommendation for corrective action. He didn't try to upsell me or talk me into excessive repairs; we just had an honest conversation about the age of the units and what he would recommend. I could not be happier with the work he did or the experience as a whole.

Mr Williams 😂 was very friendly he came in and checked my thermostat and he went to check the air conditioner system he touched something and unit came on also he made some adjustments he said should have been done 👍 before I was very impressed by how worked and he checked compressor and everything checked out ok I would highly recommend this company to my friend's you can't go wrong they got my business from now 😂 on

When both my A/C units failed during the recent heatwave I wasn’t sure where to turn. I found Air Solutions HVAC and gave them a call. Unlike other vendors who said they were booked up to a week in advance or more, the owner himself managed to show up the same day to look at my units. One unit was just low on gas and he was able to get me up and running in less than an hour. Unfortunately the other unit was over 22 years old and at the end of its life. Phillip Williams, the owner of Air Solutions HVAC was able to give me 3 estimates for replacements within minutes, all for units that we available. The next morning Phillip and his crew showed up with my new unit and had it up and running within a few hours. The product is excellent, the workers were great, and the customer service from Air Solutions HVAC was stellar. If you have A/C or heating issues I would make Phillip at Air Solutions HVAC your first call.

When my heat pump was switched to AC for the first warm day of the year, but the unit never produced cold, I got the sinking feeling that this was going to severely hurt my budget. I reached out to my neighbors and they instantly recommended Phillip. Phillip was quickly responsive to a late night initial text and he called me first thing in the morning. He was polite and a good communicator. He set an appointment and he gave heads up before arrival. He arrived exactly on time and he had the issue diagnosed and resolved in minutes. His demeanor was very polite and accommodating. The price was better than I had hoped. I will be recommending his services to friends and colleagues. I can see that he has empathy for his customers and he cares about his quality of work.
My A/C had stopped blowing cold air. I made a call to Air Solutions and in the same day a repair man named Phillip came to my house. He was here exactly at our agreed upon time. He gave me some information on how the the HVAC unit works and ways to prevent it from having issues. He quickly was able to determine that the compressor was not kicking on. In less than 30 minutes he replaced the capacitor and the compressor came on.
He found the problem after two other companies couldn’t, and got my air working again super quick! Thank you!!
