Jake did a wonderful job. He showed up on time diagnosed the problem quickly located the parts needed and returned the same day to complete the work.

Jake is very knowledgeable and friendly! I think the services are fairly priced and I appreciate his willingness to start with the cheaper, less labor intensive option first and work up to those things as needed. I would definitely recommend!

Jake was very prompt, professional, and he explained everything to me and showed me pictures. He told me my options and was able to find a cheaper repair option than the previous company. He took his time to check the entire system and pointed out troublesome spots to keep an eye on for the future. He was very knowledgable and I would definitely use them again!

Markus was an extremely informative and helpful HVAC service man. He found the issue immediately and had the part in his truck. While talking to us about some other issues with our homes system, our 2nd unit had the same part go out. He immediately found a 2nd part and replaced it as well. We will definitely refer him to our neighbors and friends.

This was my first experience with Air Shield. The technician was great. Very efficient and courteous. My home warranty company selected them. I am dropping my home warranty in a few months and I will use Air Shield for my HVAC servicing and repair in the future.

Air Shield SAVED OUR LIVES!!! Thank you Air Shield! For the cost of a service call Air Shield found an issue right away!!! They were on time and identified themselves and they were neat in appearance. They were thorough and explained to me everything they found and what they were doing. I felt confident in them and what they were doing. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if I needed anything HVAC done. Air Shield ultimately saved our lives as we had just moved there and they found that there was a problem with the venting and had we run the heat there was a VERY good chance we would have died!! The former owner done some work on his own and managed to put a hole where a hole wasn’t supposed to be!!!
