We have used Legrand multiple times. He has always had the most cost effective bids and the best time response. We called Friday evening because our heater wasn’t working. He was able to come first thing Saturday morning. He came in and found the problem right away. He was able to fix it right there. The charge to fix it was better then expected. He is always fair and respectable. We will use him for all our HVAC needs.
Our old AC finally kicked the bucket. They did a great job installing our new Air conditioner. I really appreciated them putting the new ac in a better spot. Everything looks amazing. New ac works so well it feels like I’m in a store.

We needed a water heater replaced and he did an excellent job. The appointment was prompt and the water heater was up and running within a few hours. The old water heater was hauled away along with the residual materials. Excellent Service.
LeGrand has been so helpful many times I have used his services. He would respond faster than anyone else when I had emergency situations. He also helped with some planned projects on two of my homes and never had any issues with their work. I had a 5300 square foot home and my air conditioner blew up when it was 100 degrees of coarse the hour I was leaving town and my kids would still be there. He delivered an new Unit the next day while it was pouring rain. I live on the gulley and my yard is at a huge slope. It was muddy and slippery and he pressed on getting the job done for my family. I was so appreciative of his honesty and expertise to always save me money. I would highly recommend calling this business for any job big or small.
