The owner is awful! I was concerned about the price. She couldn't "quote" me a price for a simple ac filter change. All she could do was tell me $95 an hour! I ended up (from her account) hanging up on her... I didn't! When I realized she was offended I apologized and she told me to "get over it"!! Lady has NO CLUE what customer service is!! Yikes... AVOID THEM! I hear Royal air is nicer!
