Our motor failed and they fit us in first thing the next day. Very professional and a great value. Would highly recommend. JB was great!!
I had a new heat pump installed in Oct 2022 paid $8000 + and at night it makes so much noise it keeps me awake. I talk to Amy, (3 times) she sends someone out and a few weeks later its noisey again. Today i call at 5am and a man answered, listened and said ok thanks for calling. Dont bother calling this company.
When I called the company, I ended up speaking with Amy. She was absolute delight and when I told her what was going on with our furnace, she said no worries we'll get a technician out there in just a few hours. She told me that they would arrive sometime between 1 - 3pm and that they would reach out to me when they were on their way. At 12:40p I received a call that they were on their way. At 1:05pm, there was a knock on the door. Within about 20 minutes they found the problem and boom we were fixed and back running. The service couldn't have been any better.
We’ve used Air-Right ever since we moved here in 2017. They kept our systems, installed in 2000, running with no games and fair pricing when maintenance or a replacement part were needed. I’ve referred them to many people in Sun City Anthem, for both new units and repairs, and the feedback was always glowing. They just replaced our old and tired systems (compressor finally failed) with two new 3-ton systems at a very fair price. Units came with a 10 year parts warranty and Air-Right offered a 10 year labor warranty at $129/yr for 1st unit (2nd unit at 1/2 price) and it includes a maintenance visit for each unit as well. I don’t wish HVAC issues on anyone, but if you do have a problem, don’t hesitate to call Air-Right.

These guys are incredible. Extraordinarily professional, timely, trustworthy and actually affordable. Had a very positive experience with a relatively major same day repair (AC power failure in 110° weather) on a weekend. The owners assisted and were beyond friendly and accommodating.
As a facility manager, I have used them every since I came into town. I highly recommend Fred and his team for any HVAC needs.
I had been told by a different company that I needed a new draft motor that would cost well over $700. I was not impressed with that company, so I called Air Right. That was the right decision (no pun intended). Jaime was at my door within 90 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and said the problem was with the wiring, not the motor. Ended up saving me a bundle, as the cost of a service call was a lot less than paying for a new motor. Everything works fine now. Would absolutely recommend Air Right to anyone looking for honest and reliable HVAC work.
We’ve been working with Air Right at a number of government facilities for quite some time. Their professionalism, timeliness and quality of work is second to none. Cliff and Chris are fantastic to work with and we look forward to many more years of great service from them.
Chris came out and was very knowledgeable. He explained all the options. I was told the price was a great deal by my neighbor. They asked me for there phone number. I was impressed by Air Right and will definitely call them again. I highly recommend them.
