Mike, the owner, went above and beyond, late on Christmas Eve, to help solve my furnace troubles. He had just worked a 21 hour shift, and tried to talk me through a repair over the phone. I could not get the job done. He came to the house on Christmas Day, and learned we had a bad gas meter from our gas supplier. Mike made us feel like family! There’s no need to call anyone else in the future.
Great People Quality Work done.
Came out same day and fixed the problem at a reasonable price.
Highly recommend! Mike is truly on your side, he's very helpful and is not trying to sell you anything! We will be using Air Quest for all of our heating and cooling needs!
I want to be completely honest in this review. I was referred to this business through a local Facebook page and quite a few people said I should use their service. I needed an A/C unit installed in my house, it has never had Central A/C. I called their office, got a call back the next day saying they could come by and give me a quote. I was given a time and day, I waited, no one showed, no one called, finally got a hold of someone who said they pushed the time back and will be there in a few hours. They never came, I got a phone quote instead based off of photos and measurements I sent in. Fine. It took a week for them to get back to me to schedule an installation date. I had to call 3 times different days to get an answer. Installation day, they said they would be here between 10am-10:30am. At 10:50am, I called and was told they pushed the time back and someone should have let me know. Of course, no one told me. I was then told by noon, someone would be there to do electrical work. OK. I waited again, I called at 12:50pm since no one had showed up. The response this time was "I told the electrician not to be there until after 1pm, we are 30 mins away". They showed up at 1:45pm, finished around 6pm. I was told the owner would be by to check on things. He never came over. Just a lot of horrible, unprofessional communication on their part. It's a good thing everything is working well, but you would think if you're paying someone over $3,000 for a service, you should expect some communication and a follow through on word.
Can’t say enough good stuff about the airquest team !! From the get go they were very polite and to the point , which I can appreciate !! Got the information they needed , gave me a call back within the hour with a quote , and set the date for the installation of the house’s furnace once I gave them the okay ! Was very fairly priced and Mike and his team knew their stuff ! Came in the day of and said they’d be done at 1pm and were done at 1pm ! High recommend if looking for a smooth install or repair and most importantly, no BS !!
Just had a great experience with AirQuest. Mike was very knowledgeable, great to work with, fair and quick! His installers (new furnace) were really nice, polite and you could tell they know their stuff. I'd recommend this team to anyone needing furnace repair, etc. Thanks guys!!

I was very happy with my experience with AirQuest. Mike came out and checked things over, let me know the issue and fixed it with a part he had on his truck. He explained everything he was doing and let me know how things work on the AC unit. It was about 90 degrees that week and my AC had been down for a couple of days. The office was good at keeping me up to date on timing and I even received a followup text message asking if all was still up and running. I will use them again.
They serviced my heater and replaced some worn out parts. The technician was friendly, explained what he was doing, and gave good advice on preventative maintenance. When the system acted up again, their technician came out and fixed the issue free of charge.
