Shannon came an hour early and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did an amazing job! Was in and out with our air working in an hour. Would definitely recommend Air Quality!
I really appreciate the workmanship that air quality did for my heat and air unit. Shannon really knows what he is doing. He is very honest and helpful. What a difference it makes to have a new unit, I am very pleased. I would recommend him to anyone.
Will keep it short. AC was not reaching 74 degrees. Tech said system was overcharged. bled off coolant. Still didn't work. Different tech came back and asked me to open all my registers. did that. Still didn't cool. First tech came back and was focused more on my thermostat than my system. When I told him that the thermostat program had nothing to do with it because I had it locked on 74..."well you fix it". Promptly left. I report...you decide.
