Job well done. And clean and professional
AirPros of Boca Raton installed a new air conditioner in my home in November. The initial work was fine, but they never scheduled final inspection and left the permit open. It is now 4 months later and they have been and they have been completely nonresponsive about completing the work. It will cost me $1000 if I have to have another company schedule the inspection and close the permit.
I called a few AC companies and needed to get my AC looked at was making a loud noise it was next to my bedroom window so I could barely sleep they came out it just needed to be balanced and he was very knowledgeable about the system and was extremely professional! My family recommends Air Pros to everyone.
Air Pros is so easy to book. They show up on time, are courteous, professional, nice and do a great job! Highly recommend!
They do not have have 0 stars ... they should! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY AND CERTAINLY DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! DO NOT NOT NOT TRUST KENNY! DO NOT TRUST TOM! THEY HAVE SCAMMED ME AND REFUSED TO RETURN TO RETURN MY $3100 DEP AFTER THE JOB WAS TIMELY CANCELLED. ALSO HAD TO PAY $59.00 JUST TO WALK IN TO LOOK. THEY WILL NEVER ANSWER YOUR CALLS OR RETURN ANY MESSAGES GIVEN TO THEIR CALL CENTER. YOU CAN'T EVER REACH THE COMPANY, JUST A CALL CENTER. I IMPLORE YOU NOT TO LET THEM ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR HOUSE.. BUT IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR SERVICE OR SALES...OH YES, THEN YOU WILL GET A CALL, BUT NEVER AFTER JOB IS COMPLETED. I HOPE THEY GET CLOSED DOWN AND PERSECUTED!
Jean Francis was the technician who did my routine maintenance. He was polite, friendly, and professional. I appreciate that he took time to explain what he was doing, and what his recommendations were. Great job
I haven’t made a decision yet but the techs that was sent out. The best I could have ever ask for immediately they found root of the problem on the outside unit. Thank you guys giving me time to think over my decision.
While I was nervous with trying a company for the first time, I was grateful with my selection of Air Pros. They were swift on sending someone out and making sure I was taken care of. Month after serivce, everything is still running better than ever!
If I could give zero stars I would and it would be warranted. Hands down the worst experience I've ever dealt with from an AC company. Charged me $1500 for a motor that was under warranty. I was without AC for 2 days and they tried to hold my system hostage with a $7000 repair to some duct work. They claimed the system wouldn't turn on due to high static pressure. I had another company out and within the hour the AC was back running from a simple system cleaning and had them do the extra duct work which they agreed could reduce "some" of the pressure for a fraction of what this company was trying to scam out of me! They are aggressive and they don't do due diligence when checking your system and all they care about is a quick pay day and will attempt scare tactics on you to secure the sale.
Andres & Luis did an amazing job, they addressed all of my concerns. Very professional and the work that they did was top notch. They took pride in their work and it shows it. These are the kind of guys you want in your home.

What an awesome company. They came into my home and explained everything well. They also gave me a great affordable price to repair my ac. I will definitely continue to use this company in the future.
Was looking for duct cleaning and came across their $99 special. I call and the lady immediately tells me she needs to send a person over for a quote, doesn't ask ANYTHING about the place. So the tech comes over and I say that I need the ducts cleaned of mold. Guy tells me about the process and doesn't even go around and look at everything. He tells me that it'll be around 5,500 and pulls out a price sheet. He kept trying to get me to agree to the 5,500 but I told him I don't know about that and I need to speak to some people. He stepped out 2 times to "call the boss" and kept trying a new sales tactic when returning. Going so far as to say "I can come back and explain it to everyone else when they are here." I told him to leave his info and he did. A couple days later I get a call from Airpros asking when I'd like to schedule. I kept explaining that I think the price is high and I need to speak to someone but the operator kept asking when she should call back to schedule the appointment. Like she wasn't even listening. Got a quote yesterday for $850 from another place, that's 6 times less than airpros. These people are worse than used car salesman, avoid them at all costs. I was honestly amazed at how weaselly this company came off. It was completely obvious that they list "specials" as a way to get a face to face with the customer and lay on the aggressive sales tactics.
Based on Google reviews I did not expect to have a negative experience; however, Air Pros failed miserably with this job. First tech did not properly assess the damage on my unit and told me that adding freon and a seal patch would solve my problem. The cost was $650, but I was okay considering that temperatures have not 100+ degrees lately. Same day I had to call company because temperature would not go below 78. Second tech came out and assess additional problems with static pressure, coil leak, and duct work resulting in $8K. Had I known the fix would be more than $650 I would have paid the $59 service fee, but company failed to assess the problem on first visit and lead me on to thousand dollar bill fix. The average FL cost for freon and sealant is $300 (I was overcharged $350). While both techs were pleasant people, the company did not stand by their promise of 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Had to call another company to fix. I did speak with a manager. Which triggered my action of doing a review because your manager was no help. Her best solution was to reduce the estimate from $8K to $7.2K, what a joke. I want to avoid the next person being tricked.

We noticed our air conditioner was not working properly at 6:00 PM today and there was a heat advisory. They close at 8:00 PM and were booked for the day but when I advised that I have two babies under seven months old, they immediately sent out Chadrick who goes by Rick. He was here fifteen minutes later, couldn’t have been nicer or more professional/concerned. He thoroughly checked and cleared the system and the price was very reasonable. I greatly appreciate that this company cares for its customers and made sure that our issue was resolved despite how late it was when we called. Our thanks to the receptionist, her manager, and Rick. We couldn’t ask for better service. They really did the right thing for us!
We had the pleasure to have ChadRick come and help us out. He actually let us know about a mold issue we had that we did not know about. He was very cooperative, helpful and just a very nice human being. He was very patient with me and my mother. We will be calling them again soon since I need some extra time to be able to pay for this job to be done. I truly recommend them! ❤️

Do not use this company, they are total crooks. Called them for a routine ac flush. Tried to tell me that there was a pressure problem with my system and that my duct work was meant for mobile homes and that I needed all new duct work for $5000. They claim they took pictures of my attic and saw mold. Charged me $350 for “diagnostics”. They were very high pressure in trying to get me to commit to the repairs and even called who they claimed was the company owner and he tried to pressure me. After I declined repeatedly, I received numerous calls and texts trying to get me to change my mind. I called in two other AC companies and they refuted everything AirPros told me. They even showed me how AirPros manipulated my pressure readings to make me think there was a problem when in fact there was not. I disputed the $350 charge with my CC company and after 3 months the CC company closed the case in my favor after AirPros never even responded to the dispute, which to me shows they know they were caught in a scam and did not want to draw anymore attention to themselves. Stay away from AirPros, they are the epitome of all the scamming stereotypes the AC industry has.
Be careful -- very nice sales, terrible follow-through. First call I waited 4 hours, and no one apologized. Five days later, they called to rearrange so I gave them another chance. 1 hour, NO SHOW! Called 'call center' in ORLANDO and they said they could not contact 'technician' so tough luck. Sorry, twice burned and FORGET IT.
