Worse time ever!!! Was here for almost 2 hours spent time talking on phone. The. Quoted me 28,000 for AC and duct work! Not even close to other quotes of gottten don’t waste your time!!!
Pro came to my house and told me my HVAC unit needed to be replaced…$9000 to $10000 to replace… should be done replaced ASAP…. Another co came and double checked everything…. unit was fine, top off freon for $80…. If unit does need replacing… Total with install….$3800
Showed up, went right to work. Found some loose insulation inside ac and fixed it. Sprayed inside coils to clean. Check ac over. All looked good.
My repairman was Mitchell and he was phenomenal he explained everything he was doing and he did everything well! I am happy I made the choice to do all the things I plan to do and then, some! I will be calling them from now on! And requesting Mitchell, I might add!
They did as great job.

More than a year ago this company installed a new AC unit in my apartment, 3 days after the AC stop to cool. After several calls they didn’t respond so I decided to go to their office, I found that the office has been moved to another location that I find out the address through a third party. They repaired a broken part they installed. For the AC installation They opened a permit at Lauderhill city and didn’t closed it so far (2021-2023), more than a year ago. I called them many times with no success. I received a visit of the city inspector who pointed out the same findings that the first time he visited my apartment (same inspector). He told me that until Air Pros fix the findings in his report the permit will be open. So far, It has been impossible that this company be responsible and take care of the findings by the Lauderhill city inspector, in order to close the permit. Worst company for AC.
Was unable to repair. Sent salesman for replacement.
Very very high price. Not competitive with other companies

Service and personnel were fine. Good work, they were very neat. They left everything clean. Price was a little high.
The service and diagnosis were fine. The price for the bandaid was really steep but necessary with the temps. The tech i just didn't like and just didn't really listen that well to what i was looking for and needed. I think the company is ok for a franchise ran business but the experience with the tech turned me off from using them in the future. Knows his stuff for the most part but reading customers is not his strong suit.
So this is probably the fifth time I've done a review on Air Pro and they were all negative and yet not one of them have shown up. Don't you think it's suspicious that every review is a five star. So here it goes again I bought an air conditioner brand new from AirPro and they installed it. Over the year I had 9 to 10 service calls for the same problem. Each time they came out they told me that there was something different wrong with it and that they fixed it. However, the problem remains. The last time the guy who came out said it was my ductwork. He took a picture of a little very small area and told me I needed to spend $19,000 oh, yes that was $19,000 have my ductwork repaired.. I had another company come out who said although there might be a small rip in the top of the installation it doesn't penetrate all the way through. It wouldn't make a difference in the way the new air conditioner should be Cooling. I believe the 2nd guy since my electric bill is low..New estimate $150.00. He said I really didn't have to have it fixed but if I wanted to he would charge me that just because it's a pain to come out a second time and crawl up into the Attic. I keep calling airpro about this and they refused to return my calls. Let's see if this review gets posted
