Service was quick
Air Pro of the Carolinas has been taking care of my HVAC needs for over 5 years now. They always take time to ensure the customer understands what’s going on with their system and are honest people. Honesty is hard to find in HVAC companies, particularly in this area! I appreciate Air Pro for taking such great care of my HVAC system and for always responding in a timely fashion in the event that I need something or have an issue. Thank you Air Pro for consistently delivering a high quality experience.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! They installed a new heating and air conditioning unit in my home and their level of professionalism, determination, integrity and customer service was outstanding! The level of professionalism that was shown during the installation was above and beyond my expectation! Hands down, I would recommend them to anyone that has HVAC needs.
Bill was one of the nicest service technicians I have ever met. He was thoughtful and took the time to have an actual conversation with us to explain things. He fixed our problem quickly. I would recommend him to anyone.

Amazing company! After realizing my air was not cooling, my warranty company sent Air Pro. They arrived when scheduled, worked until the problem was solved and stayed until the air was blowing cold. All of this after what most would consider after hours. Me. Cornett could not have been nicer. Amazing service and on my list for further needs. Air Pro is a family owned business which is even better to me.
My AC stopped working properly and was not cooling the house down to the temperature on the thermostat. I opened a claim with my now former warranty company 2-10 home warranty. They sent this mom and pop company out 2 days later. The guy came with no mask spent 5 minutes here and told me my system was frozen and had to unthaw so there was nothing he could do that day. He turned off my ac completely and said he would try to make it back out tomorrow. I paid this guy $75 for him to diagnose nothing. My house heated up over 90 degrees that night and next morning I called the office to see when he could come back and was advised the technician had a doctors appointment and he wouldn’t be available until after lunch time. My husband called back around lunch time and was advised by the technician Bill that his truck was in the shop but he would try to get to us today. Well that was not good enough for me since we were over 24 hours in a house that had a temperature of over 90 degrees with a 2 week old newborn. I wasted $75 dollars given to this company when the technician didn’t even come inside to look at the unit in the attic. I had to call another company out that was able to get the air back running after diagnosing the issue. I would not recommend this company to fix anything. If I could have given no stars I would have. I have since also cancelled my rip off warranty company for sending this company out.
They were very professional and friendly. Checked everything thoroughly and got my AC up and running in no time flat. Would definitely use them should I need services in the future.

Great Service. My unit downstairs unfortunately died after 15 years. They installed a new unit the same day, so we could have cool air in this 95 degree heat wave.

Most impressed with their technical knowlege of my systems performance and only recommending what needs to be done, then doing it at a fair price!
