I contacted Air Pro on 12/1 for repair of our Rheem system. He called and confirmed an appointment for 12/3. I called late afternoon of 12/3 because he did not show up and he said that he missed me and apologized. We rescheduled for 12/8. An employee arrived on 12/8 and walked around for several hours trying to diagnose the problem. He literally kept asking out loud "why did it just do that?" I finally answered, explaining that I'm not sure because I'm not an HVAC technician. He bounced back and forth from the control board, thermostat, blower motor, back to the control board and finally said that he was convinced that it needed a blower motor relay board. He did not have the part he suggested with him but said that he would return when he could. Both the owner and technician called to say they have the part and the technician will return to install it the same afternoon. I was thankful for the speedy response. He returned and installed the part. His assessment after the installation involved standing in front of the thermostat for 2 minutes and assuring us that it was all fixed. He returned to the kitchen with the work ticket and said "Get ready for sticker shock." He provided a bill for $498 to include the part, labor and a 40 dollar part delivery fee. He was paid for his service and left. As soon as the sun went down and the temperatures dropped the system displayed the exact same fault code. I called the owner Sammy the very next morning and said that I have some concerns. He said that he would return for another visit. When I asked if he was going to work with us on the money already spent for repairs he became rude and disrespectful. He said "I..... SAID.... I.... WILL.... LOOK.... AT...... IT!. He agreed to return on 12/14. On 12/14 I called him just after 9am to ask if I could expect him to come that day and he told me "Its raining outside and I'm not coming out and crawling around in a wet crawl hole." Sammy and his team have always been there for my family. When we needed them, they came. Air-Pro also has the most affordable equipment in the area without sacrificing quality. Excellent customer service!! Very dependable and trustworthy!! I once called 3 different places to fix my heat pump and they ALL said I needed a new one. Sammy came out and fixed it within minutes for less than $100!!! I will ALWAYS call Air-Pro!!!

I had another company come out to repair my unit a couple times and realized they were only trying to rob me of my money and sell me a new system each time they came to my house. I was recommended to call Sammy. He came out the next day and replaced my nonworking part for half the price and informed me I did not need a new unit. He is an honest and genuine man with great service. Please support his businesses and those alike!
Sammy took care of a warranty issue for me on a heat pump he did not sell. Saved me hundreds of dollars over the installing dealer! He also found that the the duct on my unit was to small, which more than likely caused the compressor failure. My unit was installed by a very big name HVAC company in Rocky Mount and they will do nothing about the improper duct work. I highly recommend Sammy and Air Pro! He did not have to help me but went out of his way to provide excellent service.

Used to be a huge supporter of Sammy’s business. He has serviced my unit every year since 2015. This year he informed me everyone was cold and I was lucky my unit was running at all (during winter). I called a couple weeks ago because my A.C. has quit working and he has my number blocked and when I called from a different number and left a voicemail he won’t return the calls. I will never recommend him again.

My landlord insist on using this company for our house and I'm not happy about this at all. The landlord apparently had a new heating system put in though Air-Pro and the heat keeps blowing out cold air. We have called the man from Air-Pro numerous times and he has come out and relit the pilot but something is clearly wrong because it keeps going out. We told this man how we have a one year old and a four year old in the house and about my one year old son's lips being blue from being so cold because we were waiting for the man to come figure out what the issue was and only have space heaters heating the house. His response was "everybody's cold" and it took him a day and a half to finally get here. At that point we had been waiting 3 days. This has been going on the whole month of December.
